We had a great time! Our kids loved the pool. We used the gym and pool at the chalet village and had a great time there as well. Saw so many bear! A great summer adventure for our kids prior to heading back to school

Very clean, as advertised, beautiful views, saw bears everyday. Lots of fun, video games, pool and hot tub. We had an awesome stay. Would do it again in a second!

Great Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was perfect for our family of seven with many attractions within a ten minute drive!! Highly recommend!

The cabin was great. The dishes and pans were dirty and had to be cleaned before use. Bear Tracts rules are geared for additional fees if any mistakes were made. This was a complete negative for us to rent through them again. Also,the registration process with Bear Tracts was a complete mess. If I did not stay on them,the registration process would have not happened.

We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the cabin overall, but we are sorry that the dishes and pans were not properly cleaned before your arrival. That is certainly something we will address with our cleaning team and definitely not normal. Sometimes guest may put away dirty dishes and during busy times there striping everything out of ever cabinet to inspect isnt possible. We also want to clarify that our policies are not designed to look for reasons to charge guests additional fees. In fact, it is extremely rare that we charge guests for accidental or honest mistakes. Our goal is for guests to enjoy their stay, take reasonable care of the property, and return again—not to collect miscellaneous fees. We’re also sorry that you experienced difficulty with the registration process. Under normal circumstances, the process is straightforward and requires very little effort from the guest. Unfortunately, technology is wonderful when it works as intended, but occasional software issues can occur. We regret that this made the process more frustrating for you and appreciate your persistence in getting everything completed. We appreciate you staying with Bear Tracts and taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we can do better.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! There are multiple ways to keep our kids entertained - indoor pool, hot tub, game room with three different types of arcade games, multiple TVs, and three different balconies for gorgeous views of the mountains in downtown Gatlinburg! It’s also true that you can see the fireworks over Gatlinburg from the top balcony, which we enjoyed on 4th of July!This cabinet is also within close driving distance to downtown Gatlinburg and the smoky Mountain national Forest, making it a great location for our family and future vacations. The kitchen was fully equipped as we chose to eat in most meals. The home was also exceptionally clean. The host was very responsive.

Amazing views and great comfort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our recent stay was so much fun. It was hard to leave. The house has a great vantage point of the mountain and city. It had all the amenities we could hope for in a rental. The pool and hot tub were too notch and cherries on the top of a fantastic stay.

Extremely pleased this property, the house was located 15 minutes from downtown and had 2 places to pick up food on the mountain within 5-7 minutes. It was very clean and modern, really loved all the amenities. The only issues we had were beds were very high which made safety concerns for our little kids in the middle of the night and wish we could have warmed the pool a bit more but the hot tub was great addition. The views of the mountains exceeded our expectations. We probably saw more bears than we wanted walking past the house, neighbors home and wish we had access to the cameras but were just extra careful when leaving and coming back. Recommend this home to anyone who wants to be close to Gatlinburg and have a vrbo that has it all - it was just like home.

Beautiful, spacious cabin! Amazing views on all three decks. My boys loved the gaming area and enjoyed the pool (although it was a bit chilly). Kitchen had all of the supplies we needed to make meals. Great location- easy to get to town. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

Fell in love with the photos of this cabin and were absolutely blown away at the accurate depiction! This cabin was a dream stay. We were close to all our favorite spots without sacrificing the view. The kids loved the pool and my husband and I relaxed in the hot tub regularly. We even spotted a family of bears right outside the cabin. Cannot wait to stay here again!

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation staying at Rainwater Falls Cabin. The kids absolutely loved the indoor pool and practically lived in it all weekWe truly appreciated the Christmas tree, which made being there on Christmas feel extra special. The views were beautiful, and we were even lucky enough to see a mama bear and two cubs near the cabinThe only reason for four stars instead of five is that the upstairs sinks did not drain properly during our stay, and the Golden Tee game downstairs was not workingOverall, it was a beautiful cabin and a great place for a family getaway with plenty to keep the kids entertained. We definitely recommend it and enjoyed our stay

We are glad you had a great time at the cabin. While we cannot always predict when things will happen we always work to get them fixed asap. The drains and Golden Tee have been addressed and everything is functioning as it should.

Cabin was beautiful and beds were comfortable. Our young ones throughly enjoyed the pool. Mom an dad throughly enhoyed coffees on the patio overlooking the mountains.
