Leafy townhouse a short walk from the beach, welcoming children and pets!

Walk 12 minutes on a tree-shaded path to the beach from this 3-bedroom, 3-bathrooms, ample and clean condo in South Forest Beach. Or take a splash at the community pool, just one door away!

Close to Coligny Plaza, with its restaurants and shops, this pet-friendly unit is ready for you and your family to enjoy your well deserved vacation!

On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, along with a bedroom featuring a queen size bed and full bathroom. You will also find a closet with children’s toys, a wagon, chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach. On the back porch you will find an electric grill, table and chairs.

The second floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed and a third bedroom with two twin size bed. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer.

There are wooden floors throughout the house.

Pets are welcome for a $150 fee per pet (under 50 pounds).

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. Great communication from the owner. The house was clean and well stocked. It was right next to the pool which was very convenient! We would stay here again.

Great place to stay in HHI!

This is the second time we have stayed in TreeTops and love the location. The condos are perfect for our family of five. We love the close proximity to the beach and the bike trails that surround the complex. Definitely recommend staying here!

The property was very well kept and very clean. Great walking distance to the beach even for the two grandparents staying with us. Great location, we were a quick drive from so many things. Beds were very comfortable.

Great Hilton Head Location

We had a lovely stay. The Villa was well equipped with everything we needed for our Spring Break beach trip. The space was perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was easy. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great trip!

Spring break family reunion

We had a great time at Raquel's condo. It was the perfect distance to the beach - quiet with no crowds but within a 10 minute walk. Also very close to Coligny with it's stores and attractions. Very nicely appointed with good cooking utensils and even some of the basics for the pantry and cleaning. Really nice place.

We have stayed in Ocean Breeze complex for years and owned. This particular unit is a few steps to the pool. We will be back next year! Owner had great communication. Thanks for letting us stay!

There is nothing fancy about the condo but it has everything you need with plenty of space and having the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was nice. Would definitely rent this place again.

Check in process was super easy, location was great and easy to find. Owner was very responsive when I asked questions. My daughter absolutely loved it. It was nice that there was accessories for the beach like a wagon so I didn't habe pack and bring ours.Loved that it is pet friendly so we could bring our dog.

Great stay at HHI

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as pictured in listing. The kitchen was nicely updated and stocked. The pool is right out back of the condo. The 3 bedrooms was plenty of space for my Husband and I, and our children. It was nice to also have the closet with things for the children, and a wagon for the beach.

Great Value VACAY at HHI!

I've spent summers at HHI for 40 years and have always rented a giant beach house with extended family. From now on I won't limit myself to one vacation with the clan. Racquel's townhouse is the perfect getaway without sacrificing location or amenities. We had a blast and look forward to seeing her future renovations.

Great Location for Family Thanksgiving

Great accommodations at Hilton Head condo -- plenty of space in well laid out in floor plan. Only recommendation would be to have essential starter items for stay (i.e. paper towels, toilet paper). Other stuff like soap and shampoo plus coffee and basic cooking essentials were well appreciated. Thanks to Raquel for her great and frequent communication checking in on us throughout the stay - Will be back!

The location of the condo is the best! I take a walk on the beach every morning I’m here — it’s just 10-12 minutes away, along a lush and shaded path. Amenities are a short drive or bicycle ride away, but when you’re here, it’s very quiet and peaceful.
