• 8 bedrooms with a thoughtful, group-friendly layout – house has 5 King en-Suites; 2 Queens connected by a Full Bathroom; and 1 huge Bunk room with 6 twin beds, 1 double bed, and 2 Full bathrooms
• Open living and dining areas ideal for gathering including 14 person Amish dining table
• Fully equipped chefs kitchen for shared meals
• Comfortable spaces to relax together – Main floor Great Room and Second Floor Family Room
Outdoor Space
• Private pool with seating (8 person covered outdoor dining table) and lounge area including 7 person hot tub spa under the cover of the screen in porch. 2 TV’s viewable from the pool and hot tub. Great for relaxing after the beach!!!
• Perfect for casual evenings and group hangouts – fabulous 20x15 screened in porch off the great room with plenty of seating, full size ping pong table in the covered lower level for lots of family fun.

This house is great. We had 16 of us for a family reunion. There was enough space. The bedrooms all had full bathrooms which made it very easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. There was less than a five minute walk to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again

We were VERY happy with the property. This was a large family vacation, and everything was laid out perfectly. There was plenty of hanging out space, huge dinner table and many rooms with their own bathrooms.Perfect location, pool and short walk to beach. We would definitely consider coming back again!!!

This is the second time we’ve rented from this owner once in this home and two years ago the sister home. We had a family reunion with our children and grandchildren both times. Both times we had a wonderful experience. Rena was very responsive and very efficient. The proximity to the beach was a big selling feature for us. You will have a memorable vacation at either home.

Fantastic location close to coligny. Easy access to beach. Host was very responsive at check in and check out. Cleanest VRBO we have ever had. All services for pool and trash were timely. If you have a large group can’t beat this house.

We had a wonderful family vacation here! Great location to the beach and shops!It was hot and humid, so the pool was in constant use. We did not heat it. We will come again!

We had a phenomenal family vacation. Everything was as good or better than we expected. The owner of the property was very cordial and reached out several times to make sure that everything was going great…and it was. My whole family would highly recommend this home; an overall tremendous experience.

Family vaca 2025
There were 15 of us, 8 adults and 7 kids from 8 years old to 9 months. The house was perfect for us. The grandkids loved the bunk room and the dining table fit us all perfectly.. very close to the beach. Had a great family vaca!

Perfect beach rental
Minutes walk to beautiful Hilton Head beaches and the house was perfect for our group. Adam and the property manager were very responsive and helped with a few questions we had. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a great time. The location was perfect as it was close to the beach and we also had a pool. Kids had their choice every day.

Upon arrival, we could see how well kept the house and pool area were. We loved that everything was so clean and organized and appreciated all the labels to help keep things in their place. We had plenty of room in the spacious family room and loved being able to eat together on the huge kitchen table. Perfect place for a big group!

Family Vacation
Great family vacation house!
Lots of room and plenty of bathrooms (with hot water) for all.
Ages ranged from 3 months to 80 years old.
A fun time was had by all.

Family vacation
We enjoyed our 2nd stay at the Lighthouse! It fulfills our needs for 22 family members!! It is close to Coligny and a short walk to the beach!
The kitchen is very well supplied and the pool area is great — nice to have a bathroom by the pool!

A Great Beach House for Large Family
My three-generation family has vacationed in the North Forest Beach area for many years. This house is the best we’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of common spaces, indoors and outdoors. Owners and property manager were very responsive and communicated regularly. We hope to stay here again soon!!

Another AMAZING stay
This was our third stay at the Lighthouse property, and another incredible experience. Plenty of room for six families, all with young children. Great location, very short walk to the beach and easy walk or bike ride to groceries, food, shopping, ice cream. Communication with Rena and Adam was outstanding as always, we will be back!

Turn-key vacation home
This house is fully stocked with everything you could ever want for a beach vacation. The layout of the house is great with plenty of space to gather without feeling crowded. Rena was a fantastic property manager - always available to answer a question.

We had a wonderful stay, this past Christmas, and cannot say enough great things about this property and the people who own/manage it. The owner was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process, making everything feel easy and welcoming from the start.The property manager was equally outstanding—professional, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. Communication was clear and timely, which gave us complete peace of mind during our stay.The property itself was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described (if not better!). We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for 15 years. In 2019 we built and opened the Buckeye Beach house as a rental property. We have enjoyed it so much we decided to build another!

We designed this property to maximize both the inside space as well as the pool deck/outdoor living space. The stairs and elevator were moved to the front right corner of the house. This allows our guests to walk straight into the great room without the need for a Foyer. We invested all that saved space into the outdoor living area. As you can see from the pictures the outdoor living space is very large and accommodating. You won't find a better outdoor space in all of Hilton Head. Enjoy!!
