Everyone in your group will sleep like a baby in one of the 7 bedrooms and there’s no excuse for anyone not to be cleaned up for dinner with 6.5 bathrooms.

Not a beach bum? No problem! Take a dip or lounge by the new pool, hot tub, work on your ping pong game or check out your favorite show on one of our 8 TVs.

You’ll feel ready for your own Food Network show cooking in the state of the art kitchen, which has all of the bells and whistles, including granite countertops, an island fit for a queen, a 10 seater table, a 6 person breakfast nook and 5 counter bar seats. Our family enjoyed staying at this property. The house is gorgeous and was very clean. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool is really nice when you wanted to hang out at the house. The house was furnished with all the luxuries of home. All of the communication. With the property owner and property manager was prompt & courteous. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was beautiful and very clean. Our beds were comfortable. It was well equipped for cooking, and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. We loved the hot tub in the evenings and the private beach access during the day. Despite cloudy and rainy weather, our family group had a wonderful week. We would recommend 1 Capri to anyone, and would love to visit again.

Group of octogenarian woman…just finished another idyllic stay at 1 Capri Lane. The home is clean, well equipped and in a great location. Pool and deck are great. There is space to gather and space for quiet time. Owner/Manager are easy to work with. Highly recommend this home!

This was our third summer at 1 Capri. The owner is always very responsive and the house manager, Linda, is terrific!. The kitchen is very well stocked, nice gas grill and the property is very clean and nicely decorated. There are 14 of us ranging in age from 1 -70 - plenty of room for all. The pool and deck area is very nice - the pool was very clean and was cleaned during the week as well. There are low beach chairs and beach wagons available for the guests (also an extra fridge on the lower level which really comes in handy). It is only a 4 min walk to the beach - very convenient.We already have plans to return next year - 5 star all around!!!

Great vacation stay at Jim’s place

Enjoyed a great vacation with multi families staying on property. Pool and deck size were perfect for our group and we utilized the pool day and night when not at the beach. Short walk to beach access on a less crowded location in the Coligny Plaza area.

Relaxing stay in quiet location near the beach

Our group of 13 found this home to be very comfortable for the 5 family groups who came together for a great vacation on an island we've been to many times before. Spacious accommodations, nice pool and spa, the elevator made it easier to haul suitcases up a couple of flights, and the short walk to the beach was popular for all.

Family fun!

This is our second or third time staying at this property and we really feel at home here. We settle in quickly and have a great time under our tents. If Jim could only control the sharks!

We love the easy access to all things on the island. This home is steps from the beach, on a quiet and peaceful street at the end of the main road, yet a bike ride from Coligny shops. We paid to have the pool and hot tub heated and that was money well spent in December. We enjoyed daily pool and hot tub time. The home is spacious and provided more than enough comfortable sleeping for 2 adult couples and 7 adult kids. The kitchen is also well stocked with spices, tools and refrigerator space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 1 Capri Lane and look forward to our next visit to HHI!

Family fun in the sun

Great vacation

We have stated many places at Hilton Head we really liked the house it was laid out nice and very family friendly. Great access to the beach and the bike ride to the shops and a restaurant without have to drive was wonderful. The communication with the manager was great. She was very friendly would stay again . Family Spring Break

Wonderful week with many walks on the beach. Weather good have been better though finished with a magnificent beach day. Kids loved the spa. Very well appointed kitchen which was much appreciated.

It was great

It was a great location, a few steps from the beach, not far from Coligny. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of beach gear. Great pool and hot tub. Overal nice stay very clean and I would recommend it.

Amazing Family Vacation

This home was in a great location and very well maintained. Plenty of room for our family of 14. Everything was 100 accurate on the listing and close to everything you needed and wanted to do. We would surely recommend this home to anyone. This home treated our family to a very memorable vacation.

Extended Family vacation

The house was perfect for the 12 of us. The pool was wonderful and we also took the very short walk to the beach daily. We rented bikes and visited Coligny Plaza for shopping, dining and way too much ice cream. We would definitely come again.

We all loved our stay!

Everything from the well-decorated home to the cleanliness to all the additional amenities were great at 1 Capri Lane. We had 14 family members for the week, ages 2 1/2 to 75 years old. Everyone were very happy there and had a wonderful time.

Idyllic

We are a group of 12 women who have been vacationing together for the last 35 years. This is the only place that we have ever returned to. The location, house layout, pool, beach access etc. cannot be beat. Owner and property manager are easy to work with when needed. Highly recommend!!

This home was the perfect location for our extended family mini vacation. The home was spotless and well organized. The property manager paid us a visit shortly after check in to make sure we knew where everything was. We had 8 adults and 6 children in our party. There was plenty of room and plenty of privacy. Everything we needed for the beach was available and the beach was a 5 minute walk away.
