Bright, spacious, new home in East Nashville. 3 Bedrooms, each with its own bathroom! Gourmet kitchen, open concept living room area and a patio with a common shaded grassy area for your outdoor needs. Within walking distance to the city’s most trendy coffee shops, breweries, restaurants and bars. Less than 2 miles from Five Points and a quick 5 min. drive to Downtown Nashville. 2 miles from Shelby Bottoms Greenway walking trail. And a 10 minute drive to the Grand Ole Opry/ Opry Mills.

- Living Room has a Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and local channels.
- Master bedroom has a Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.
- Kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, Nespresso machine, and French Press (coffee, K-cups and Nespresso pods are not provided)

This house is 1750 square feet. It has a three-quarter bathroom in the downstairs bedroom, and the other 2 bedrooms all have a full bathroom. Our kitchen area has all stainless steel appliances and fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Sip your coffee (or mimosas!) on the back patio and take in the beautiful and shaded greenery area.

Great VRBO!

The VRBO was fabulous! Clean, close to Broadway and East Nashville resturants, bars and coffee shop. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. Would definitley stay there again!

Nashville weekend

Great 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom condo, clean, everything you need they have there. 10 minute or less Uber drive. Shelby is great communicator and answer messages quickly. Definitely will be booking this place again. Highly recommend.

Great Accommodations for adults

Property is really nice. Two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. There are quite a few stairs which we were fine with but may not work for everyone. Plenty of room we had our grown children with us, so 5 adults and we all had our own bathrooms. The only noise was a train as the house is well insulted enjoyed the stay would come back to this property.

Misleading re beds and stairs

The listing should advertise only 3 beds and be specific about needing to use a queen air mattress in the living area. Also, the bed in the room entering from the garage is a double/full size. There are 12 steps up to the living area with two step landings between and another 12 steps up to the 3rd floor to the 2 queen bedrooms and 2 baths. The steps should have been emphasized in the listing as we had two 79 year olds, one with knee problems who could not easily access even the living/kitchen area. The East Nashville location was close to all we wanted to see and out of the busiest downtown area. Parking in downtown Nashville was hard to find and very expensive (48 for 4 hours). We used Uber/Lyft and had good experience with prices and timeliness.

Quick Trip to Nashville

Flew into Nashville from NY for a quick two-night stay with family (all adults). Great place to stay out of the hustle and bustle. Would definitely return for the comfort of this home. Great communication with the owner!

Perfect Stay

It was just what me and my friends wanted for our bachelorette party. 10 minute drive from downtown but not in a very busy neighborhood. The host was very quick with communication!! We loved it!

Extremely clean and accommodating

My family and I kept mentioning how much this listing felt like a home, rather than a VRBO listing! It was so well stocked, accommodating and cozy. They even had a ton of records and books to pass the time. There were many toiletries included and everything was very very clean. We had a really great stay! Absolutely recommend!

Beautiful townhouse

This townhouse is in a great location. Short drive or uber to broadway or restaurants. Shelby quickly responded to any questions we had. The house is adequately equipped with everyday things you may need. Would definitely recommend!!

Nashville Opry Trip

We enjoyed our Nashville stay so very much! Got to our cousin perform at the Opry and take in the sights and sounds of the city. The condo was bright, clean and spacious. Location was very convenient to the Opry and downtown. All questions were answered quickly by Shelby and we appreciated that very much. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Great stay!

AWESOME!!!

The house was perfect for what we needed. We had 6 adults and it was nice there was 3.5 bathrooms. The house is super clean and has lots of amenities. It’s a quick Uber drive to Broadway and we went to Top Golf which was also awesome. Shelby was great with communication and answered immediately if I had questions. I would definitely highly recommend this house to friends and family and would book again if we come back to Nashville.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed with 2 other couples for a 40th Birthday Celebration. It has a great artist and musical vibe. It is three stories and the main living area is on the second floor with 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor, so the flights of stairs are unavoidable. 10 minute Uber to downtown.
