Loved the way the place looked it was exactly how the pictures looked. Very roomy and cozy. Would definitely recommend staying here. Smooth check in and check out

This House is perfect for a larger group spending multiple days in Nashville. Especially if you’re planing on doing stuff downtown. The house is a very short drive to downtown but far enough away that you don’t have the noise or crazy traffic. Host responded to questions and was very friendly. Price was great and checkin/out was supper easy. WILL definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town.

Check in was very easy, property mgr was very nice. The only thing is we were unaware if all the steps. Property was very clean and decorated very nicely.

The location was great and place was clean. The only issue we had was there were plenty of towels but no wash cloths. We bought some wash cloths and left there for the next guests.

Caleb was extremely responsive. I liked that we were able to park our car in a secured garage. I liked that Kroger was nearby and we were able to stock up on our grocery needs for our stay on the evening of our arrival. My have a membership to Planet Fitness and there was one nearby that we were able to go to. It was near the highway and downtown and the Grand Ole Opry and the Outlet Mall. When we checked out, we felt quite content with out stay.The townhouses was roomy and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

The house was cute and had laundry/dish soap/shampoo/conditioner/soap all provided. Very nice master shower! Parking was frustrating. Definitely not ideal if you have a truck or larger vehicle as the garage is both shallow and narrow (if parking 2 cars). We had a truck and an suv and it was like playing Tetris and we couldn’t shut the garage door because the front of the truck stuck out. You’re also not allowed to park outside of the garage overnight, so the solution is to park in a restaurant lot next door and walk down the street to your condo. The condo was decorated nicely, the kitchen was great, the amount of places to sleep was perfect for what we needed. There were plenty of extra linens and towels, and we appreciated the ice/water maker on the fridge. Overall, very nice little condo and we enjoyed our time!

It’s a beautiful place but unfortunately it needs a refresher. Furniture and rugs are really stained up. We found long black hairs on the couch!! All the bed frames seem to be cracked or broken and stained up. Could stand to be repainted also,lots of scuffs and marks on the walls. TV in the living has a dark picture and you can’t see it at night. Tried all the settings but nothing helped. The bathrooms are really nice though.

Amazing stay!

Beyond our expectations, loved the attention to detail. Everything was perfect. The only thing was parking. The community doesn't have free parking. It wasn't a big deal for us. The townhouse does have two garage parking. But again not a big deal for our family. Highly recommend this location if you want to stay near downtown.

Amazing Bachelorette Weekend

This house was breathtaking and perfect for a long weekend visiting Nashville for a bachelorette party! The cleanliness and gold details popping with the white really give it that girly charm; all three bedrooms were just perfect and comfortable to accommodate everyone! Took about 15-20 per Uber to get into the heart of Nashville at Broadway/the Gulch, but nice to be out of all the noise and partying. Would absolutely stay here again! Would just note that a little extra toilet paper and a couple more towels for our group of 7 would have been beneficial, but otherwise such a nice stay! Thank you!
