Sleeps 6 comfortably. Close to pool and beach walkway. When you step into this condo, you’re on “island time.” Start your day watching the sunrise on your patio. Enjoy shopping for souvenirs in Port Aransas, nearby fine and casual dining, walk to the beach (at Marker #3), fly a kite, birdwatch, surf, fish, take a dip in the pool, or just relax with a good book. Enjoy Your Island paradise.

You bring your beach towels, chairs and toys and food. We’ll provide everything else – the unit comes fully equipped with a full kitchen and washer/dryer, tvs (with roku and cable) and internet (with wifi for your mobile devices). Charcoal grills are scattered throughout the property for your use. The master suite includes a full bath and two full-size beds. The second bedroom features a king-size bed. A full futon in the living room offers additional sleeping space.

Tbe location was great close to the beach. The house was great size for all the guest and I liked communication and the access to the condo. We Really enjoyed our stay.

Vacation get away

Property very well kept. Condo was clean and everything was in working order. Beach access was nice. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here in future vacations to Port Aransas.

We would definitely stay here again. This condo had everything we needed. The condo was clean, well located and provided many outside activities for the grandkids (volleyball, pool, etc).

Port Aransas Fun

Last minute trip to Port Aransas before school, and the condo was perfect! The location was convenient to town, but I mostly enjoyed the quick walk to the beach! The pool also rocked! We will definitely be back!

Fun time

We loved staying at Sea Isle, everything was perfection. It was a short distance to the beach, the pool was amazing. The condo was perfect for our family. Thank you so much, cant wait to book here again. Letting our other family know.

Property was very clean. Plenty of basic cookware, dishes and glassware. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, information, etc. Host was available by phone and was responsive to questions. Would definitely book again.

This was a great first floor property with very convenient parking, right by the pool, and a short walk to the beach. The best part was clear and prompt communication with the host Cindy. The unit has its own washer and dryer, which was a bonus

Roomy condo in good location

This is a roomy condo with a very good location close to the beach. The updated kitchen was very nice and well equipped. The only thing that keeps me from giving a higher rating is that the condo is just not up to the usual standards that I have come to expect from VRBO. The furnishings and bedding are clean and adequate, but would be much improved with some updates. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Thanksgiving weekend family getaway

Host very responsive with communication prior to and during our stay. The unit was as advertised and well-stocked for our needs with lots of extra nice touches to make us feel at home. The Wi-Fi is pretty slow but we were on vacation so it didn’t really matter to us. I just may be an issue if you have teenagers trying to download/stream videos and such. Had some trouble getting the television to work but figured it out. Short walk to the beach And a short drive to all the area shopping and restaurants. The unit upstairs told us they would be doing some renovation on Saturday but we barely heard anything. The complex was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

This unit was in the damage zone for Hurricane Harvey. When we purchased it in July, it was in "white box" condition (nothing but blank walls and the floors). We completely refurbished, refurnished, and re-equipped it after we purchased it in July of 2019. This is the first time this unit has ever been available for rental.

This unit includes many amenities, including large flat-screen tvs with Roku, wifi, a full-sized washer and dryer, and the kitchen has all the basics to make your stay enjoyable. It's close to both the swimming pool and the beach walkway (Sea Isle Village is on Beach Marker #3).

The property has a playground for the kids, basketball court, picnic areas with charcoal grills.
