Outstanding Condo. It was everything we had hoped for. I would highly recommend it to someone wanting 3 bedrooms with 3 baths. Good access to the beach and a nice pool John

This was our third stay and was just as great as before. We will definitely be back. Great for kids and families or even a get away with friends.

We had an amazing family trip. This unit was exactly as advertised. The pictures were a spot on representation of the space. Very spacious for our family of 7 and very clean. Highly recommend

What a great property. Worked nicely for a trip with our adult children, but this would be a friendly spot for those with children too. The extra touches and helpful notes around the unit made us feel at home right away. The property also has a great boardwalk to the beach. Highly recommend.

My family and I stayed here recently and we were impressed with this exceptional property. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us and the furnishings were very comfortable. Excellent communication with our hosts and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Huge roomy balcony with plenty of seating and excellent views! The pool was also wonderful. We look forward to our next visit!Stephen

Great Place

This place was great. Very clean and plenty of room. Had everything we would have needed. Loved that there was easy access to the beach and you could see it from your balcony. Definitely would stay again.

Nice unit

We like staying here due to being right in the beach with a pool. The condo unit was recently renovated and very comfortable. From the road you just see a bunch of new ugly little cabins going up but the actual Dunecrest condo building is nice.

Family vacation

Great time with all my family and kids. We rented several units. Great room for all. A little disappointed with all the tar on the beach, but the unit was wonderful!

Excellent Location & Excellent Condo

We really enjoyed this condo. It very comfortably accommodates a larger group and you it has incredibly close beach access. They also did a great job of stocking pretty much everything you could need from boogie boards to kitchen appliances. Lastly, something they went the extra mile with was labeling a wide assortment of things throughout the condo such as using the cable/smart tv, labeling items in the utility room etc. We really loved it and look forward to going back.

Great location - nice place!

The unit was roomy, clean, and comfortable. There were some electrical outlets in the bedrooms that didn’t work and we discovered a trail of sugar ants running through the living room. Other than that, everything was fine and we felt safe.

Beach Bliss

This unit at the Grand Caribbean complex was fully stocked and loaded with extras plus the gulf views are just epic. Clean pool area and the whole complex was kept spotless by wonderful maintenance man we saw working and cleaning throughout our stay. We appreciated the well maintained boardwalk all the way to the beach and the way this location feels secluded and uncrowded and yet only a ten minute drive to boat cruises and yummy seafood in downtown Port Aransas. Our group of six had a very comfortable stay and the kitchen was perfect for all of our cooking needs.

Wonderful stay! Would come again!

Brought the kids to Port A for Memorial weekend and had an amazing time. This unit was AWESOME to stay at. The hosts had all the amenities you would want. My favorite touch was they had multiple types of pillows for guests to choose from because everyone likes a different type of pillow. Everything was very clean with all the different supplies you would need. The kitchen has very minimal items in the pantry so be aware when planning for meals. There were a few beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys for kids available. The boardwalk down to the beach was fabulous and made it easy to set up your spot in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We loved that every room had its own bathroom. Everything was labeled and instructions for everything were there. Every question was answered before we had to reach out to a property manager. Beach chairs and toys were there to use which was nice. Great access to the beach. Great family friendly pool. Bring your own salt pepper and seasonings for cooking. My only major complaint was it smelled a little musty when we arrived because the AC was off (on a 100 degree day). It we brought several scentsys and took care of that fast. Also they really should invest in pump soaps - all that was provided was little hotel bar soaps and no soap dish to place them in once opened to use. Overall very clean except for a beer cap on the patio, an artificial nail under the dining room table and a used towel hanging in the master bathroom when we arrived.
