We are close to everything that is Ogunquit!

The house is located 2 streets behind Admiral's Inn (very near the Ogunquit playhouse). It is 1/2 mile to Ogunquit center, 8/10 mile to the beach, and 1 mile to Perkins Cove. There's parking for 4 to 5 vehicles as there are two driveways at the property, there is no street parking at all. The home has 4 bedrooms, two of which are on the first floor, one is on the second floor, and one is on the third floor. The layout of the home is different so I've added a video showing where the different rooms are. Please take a look at it, I think it will explain a lot. There are 3 big screen tv's and high speed wireless internet are included. We have an older Windows based computer for guest use along with a wireless air printer/scanner in case you must do work. Linens and towels and a fully stocked kitchen are also included.

There is AC in each bedroom and in the living room on the 2nd floor. The first floor back bedroom has a splint on the wall, the 1st floor den has a rolling ACunit, and the front bedroom on the 1st floor has a window unit. The rest of the house has split unit ACs mounted on the wall.

One bedroom on the first floor has a queen m bed , the other has a queen over queen and queen over full bunk beds. The second floor bedroom has a queen bed. The third floor room has 2 queen beds and an en suite bath. We have a large deck with a gas grill and seating for 10. There are three large screen TV's, one in the first floor den, one in the main living room (2nd floor) and one in the 3rd floor bedroom. The back yard is small but it features a chiminea.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Linens, pillows, and bath towels are provided.

Wonderful Accommodations

I stayed with several family members over a holiday weekend. The house set up was perfect for us. We loved the deck, large family room and couch, extra TV room so we could really spread out and tons of parking. The owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The house was well stocked with more than just essentials, including books and toys that my daughter was more than happy to explore. We will definitely book again!

Perfect size and location for our family

Enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and walkable location. We walked to the beach with a beach cart, restaurants and Perkins Cove. Nice and private road. Had one issue with the lock and got an immediate response. Outdoor space was nice to sit and read a book.

Family Vacation

We just love it! This is our third time renting this property. We have everything we need at our fingertips in the house and can walk to the beach and to all the shops in town. Our dog loves it there too!

Great week!

We had a great stay! We had a few small issues we needed help with, but Kyle was very responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions fast. Big house with tons of space inside and out and an awesome location on a quiet street that’s still close to the beach and downtown.

Perfect Setup and Location

The home was exactly as it is described and was perfect for my family of 4 and a 2nd family. The layout provided each family with their own space/bathroom and common areas to gather and hang out. The proximity to the center, the beach, the Marginal Way and Perkins Cove was phenomenal and we were able to walk everywhere. We would recommend and hope to stay again next summer!

Perfect Maine Getaway!

We had a fabulous stay at Kyle’s property. He was very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. The home was equipped with everything we could have needed (and more! My kids are always pumped to find toys and games they can play with!). The weather was off and on (as is typical in NE) but we were fully stocked for a rainy pizza night indoors and hauling chairs/towels/and sand toys to the beach when the sun came back. This would be a great spot for two families with the dual kitchen setup and also the 3rd floor sanctuary upstairs for peace and quiet. The location is also perfect- walkable to the downtown area and marginal way, though our smaller kids preferred to drive on the hotter days. 5 stars and we’d definitely return!

Great family home off the main road but close to downtown

This house was perfect for our extended family trip to ME. Plenty of space for all. The house was well stocked with towels, linens, paper goods, etc. The weather was brutally hot and the AC really made all the difference. Would definitely book again if we come back to the area.

Family Vacation

This was our second time renting this property and it was wonderful! Everyone had a great time.. We love the space it gives both spread out and come together in the large kitchen, family room and deck. It’s proximity to town and the beach is also ideal. Communication with Kyle was easy and we were happy to be allowed to drop off our food before officially checking in. Hope to rent again in the future!

Great house- Great Location

In 20 summers in Ogunquit this was the best house we have stayed in. The house was in great shape very family friendly beautiful deck and great room for the family to hang out and they provide everything in terms of towels, sheets, paper goods etc. so you don’t have to spend time stocking up. Owner responded immediately and came to fix issue with lock within a day. House is in great location- easy walk to town and beach. Highly recommend this house!!

Wonderful Getaway!

This was the perfect house for our grown family. Everybody (6 adults) felt they had space to be together and some quiet area when needed. The house was immaculate and comfortable. This was by far one of the best houses we have rented as a family! Great location. Walking distance to everything.

Great place for the family!

We had a terrific vacation at the house. Kyle, the owner was quick to respond with any questions, with all linens, cleaning supplies and so much other provided, it made it that much more relaxing. Highly recommend this property for vacation!

Loved the location. Close enough to walk to the Beach & Downtown. Lots of space & amenities.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was provided plus lots of extras. Three floors were challenging with small kids but comfortable. Lots of beach towels, blankets, linens were provided. The only thing missing was grass & a small yard for kids to play. Great setup for a large family with teenagers or college kids. Cooking & grilling were excellent. Air conditioning was great.

Great stay

This property was in a great location for walking to town! Beach was a little far to walk with small kids but could easily be done without. House has EVERYTHING you could need & with a lot of space and well maintained. Only thing there are a lot of steep stairs with older adults and a baby (the baby gates which were provided didn’t quite to the trick) A door at the top of stairs would have made this the absolute perfect stay. We hope to get back again!! Thanks for everything.

What a wonderful place to stay!

My family had an amazing vacation in Ogunquit and this house was perfect for us! Comfortable beds, awesome deck, and so well stocked for everything we needed (toys, books, linens, things for beach, etc). It was so clean and had plenty of room for us too. It was also a great location to get to the beach and restaurants, plus a very quick drive to Perkins Cove. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends!

Family vacay

I highly recommend this rental! The house and amenities did not disappoint plus there were so many extras to make this a truly carefree week away (toiletries, trash bags, paper goods, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap etc.). The location was perfect ... nice quiet neighborhood that was right off the main road and we were walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the beach and the entrance to the Marginal Way so we didn't have to take our cars anywhere. And finally, the owner was quick to respond to communication. Hope any future renters enjoy their stay as much as we did!

Clean and well stocked

Extremely clean home great for extended family stays with three floors of living space. House is in great shape with very nice bathrooms. All supplies are there, including a whole closet full of beach towels, hand soaps, cleaning products. There were even chairs and umbrellas there. Highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation home!

We are long-time visitors to OGT and this is the best property we have found. The home and amenities are terrific and the hosts are so thoughtful in providing "extras" like beach chairs, boards, extra beach towels, bikes and more! The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the spaces inside and out are very comfortable. We really appreciated the way the bedroom spaces/beds are configured, as it allowed us to spread out our teens and friends perfectly. The location of the home is also great... very convenient to Shore Rd/Marginal Way and with the wagon provided ;).. an easy walk to the beach. Thanks again for a great stay... we will definitely be back! The Halls

Comfortable and roomy for extended family

This is our third summer staying at this property, and we keep returning for a reason! The layout of the home is great for extended family and varying ages. The adults and kids can each have some dedicated space to hang out and there is enough separation to keep things quiet during little ones' bedtime. Overall the property is in great condition, well-supplied, and comfortable.

Beautiful home in a great location

Our family (parents, grandparents and little kiddos) spent the most wonderful week at this beautiful home. The house in person is even better than the pictures! It is a great set up with bedrooms conveniently located to allow for kids to sleep in peace at night. The mattresses were so great I ended up buying one for my own home after the trip. Every room was nicely decorated. We loved that we were able to easily walk to town and around the neighborhood with the kids. The owners provided access to beach toys and chairs. I cannot recommend this house enough. Thank you for letting us stay! :)

Great week for 2 families!

We stayed here for the week of the 4th in 2022 and we couldn't have been happier. The house was close to the beach and close to downtown, well stocked with beach paraphernalia, far enough away from the action for the four kids 9 and under to settle down at night, and was just generally well situated for two families of four. The host was really attentive and responsive, and we loved our stay - we will absolutely look to book here our next trip to OGT!

Enjoyable Vacation in Ogunquit

The property was clean, well-stocked, and was within walking distance to the town stores, coffee shop, restaurants, and the beach. The deck was a great place to relax. The owner was super-attentive to any questions that we had. The home and its location really made our stay very enjoyable.

Kyle Adamian (my son) manages this property for us but we are from Mass. We live in Westford at present but I grew up in Winchester and my wife was an Arlingtonian for many years. The amazing manager is from Winchester, MA originally but now resides in Groton, MA. He is the father of our first grandchild who is the cutest baby in the history of babies. Don't believe me? Ask his grandmother.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We purchased a condo in Ocean Park back in 2014 but we decided that we'd like a house closer to our home. This property was perfect for us because of the location and because it has a layout that lets us put the (grown) children in the lower level and we can still have our own space. Being 1/2 mile to town and 8/10 to the beach with a relatively flat walk is a huge benefit to us. We looked at homes up Berwick Rd but decided that the hill would get tiring (especially if we are ever graced with grandchildren which we now have been).
