Wake up to the sound of the ocean waves at this charming, seaside cottage in York. With 121 feet of ocean frontage and a beautiful park-like setting, you can easily unwind on the Adirondack chairs and watch the waves, shooting stars or sunrise. You'll also be treated to a view of the Nubble Lighthouse and Boon Island! This home features a gas fireplace, a cozy sunroom, a firepit and recently received beautiful upgrades while keeping the old charm. This home can also be rented together with Sea Belle - Castle Rock & Sea Belle Cottages.

Situated right on Pebble Beach, you can enjoy an afternoon of climbing on the reef and exploring the huge tidal pool playground at low tide. Go swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking or try fishing right off the rocks - and bring your water shoes for this! If you're visiting during the 4th of July, you'll have a great view of the fireworks. Take a quick stroll to the Short Sands Beach and downtown, which boasts great shopping and restaurants. The Cape Neddick Park is a mile north or head two miles south of this home to see the Nubble Light House up close.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
