Located in Monterey Dunes Colony, a private gated community located between Santa Cruz & Monterey. Single story beach town house across the street from the clubhouse w/community pool and jacuzzi, tennis courts, bocce ball, volleyball, basketball, a putting green, and a driving cage. The home has high vaulted ceilings, many large picture windows & sliding doors to take advantage of panoramic views of the ocean and a direct path to the beach. Featuring a Big Green Egg BBQ (charcoal and fire starting bricks provided) . Association rules limit the occupancy to 6 persons. 2 night minimum (3 nights peak season).

Holiday Stay at the Beach

We loved our stay at Jeff and Pam's home in the Monterey Dunes Colony! The view was beautiful and the beach was just steps away. The large kitchen was fully stocked with spices, oils, coffee, appliances (blender, cuisinart, toaster, and slow cooker for example) and all the dishes and utensils one could possibly need. We enjoyed the closet with puzzles and games which also housed movies and beach toys and equipment for the various courts at the nearby clubhouse. We were able to kayak at Elkhorn Slough, visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel and Point Lobos and even volunteer for a day at Esalen from this perfect peaceful base.

Wonderful Thanksgiving by the Beach

Jeff and Pam are great hosts. Their beach house is a great place for families to gather and their kitchen is the best stocked of any we have experienced. We hope to return in future years.

Heavenly Retreat

Location and privacy was so important to our group and this did not disappoint. Great kitchen space and a back door straight to the beach. Amazing scenery and the best weather we could ask for. Super clean, well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks so much. We’ll definitely be back

Great stay in Monterey Dunes

Jeff and Pam have done an amazing job making this place feel warm and welcoming as well as beautiful. They stock it generously with everything a good cook might want as well as with games and plenty of in-home entertainment options. They were responsive in real time, made the checkin process easy and left good, clear instructions for the most important things we needed to know. A wonderful contrast to another unit we stayed in previously managed by Monterey Dunes Company, which was poorly stocked with insufficient cutlery and just about everything else as well as and never got properly repaired with responses to requests often taking days.

Beautiful House, Awesome hosts.

The house was clean, tidy, and PACKED with goodies. Every supply was more than abundant and Jeff was Pam was always just a text message away. Replenishment

We were able to totally be at rest and allow the immersion in the soundscape of the ocean to hold us and nourish us. Jeff and Pam's place was most conducive for this and met our expectations. I'd return here in the future.

Beautiful View!

Our family had a wonderful time at Jeff & Pam's beautiful place!! The ocean view was incredible and we loved hearing the sound of the waves. The recommendations from Jeff & Pam were very helpful & our kids loved the snacks that were left for guests. The short walk to the beach was a big highlight. This was one of our favorite places we have stayed at & we hope to visit again soon!

Absolutely wonderful stay!

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. We stay in a lot of rentals and this one really stood out for the level of attention payed to making sure you had everything you needed. Our boys 11 and 14 were super excited about the container of snacks, upon entry they said right away that we needed to leave a 5 star review. But most we loved the view, the sunsets, beach, and the relaxing atmosphere. It was extremely clean and well kept. All the beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Kitchen was beautiful with everything we needed from spices to actually sharp knives. Visited both Monterey and Pinnacles NP. It was a great stay!!

Amazing!!

Gorgeous, well-stocked and super-comfortable home in a gated community! Fantastic views and stunning sunsets! Easy beach access via the boardwalk, just over a small dune. The owners made us feel so welcome, so nice and helpful! We look forward to visiting again!

Sea and Sand

Fantastic property, we’ll furnished rental

Jeff and Pam’s place was a real find! Just a few steps to the beach, gorgeous kitchen, really nice furnishings and amenities. It worked out great for our group (which included a 2yo and a 70yo with limited mobility)

Amazing view!

My husband, mother in law, and my newly wedded sister in law and her husband traveled from Sacramento down to Monterey for 4 days to relax, and bond with family. The view was absolutely stunning the moment you enter the beach house. The house is spacious, and was perfect for our group of 5; it had literally everything we needed, including complimentary wine and snacks. The hot tub was perfect temperature to relax in the evenings, and was very close to the rental. I would absolutely take my family to stay here again in the future, and I really hope to get the option do so. Thank you so much for making our stay perfect!

The best house for a beach vacation!!

We had a month long vacation with family in California and out of all the houses we stayed at this one was our favorite!! I would move in forever if i could :) The location and views are so amazing. You have a whole beach just for yourself. Dolphins and whales swim by as you watch them from the living room!! Every amenity we needed was there, the house is packed with supplies and ready for staying very comfortablely. The check in process was so easy. The host was very accommodating and helpful with lots of recommendations in the area. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this house! Don't think twice, just book it before someone else will :) I hope we could come back some day...

Beach Getaway

Such a wonderful location! The amenities and property were beautiful, we appreciated the quiet getaway just hop skip and jump away from Monterey. The kids enjoyed the beach, we spotted some crabs, whales, pelicans, cormorants, snowy plovers, gulls, whimbrel and so many more species of birds.

Perfect Beach Spot

This is the third time we've stayed at this particular property and love it for the views and proximity to the beach, the endless supplies of snacks and beach supplies to reduce our packing needs and the coziness of the house. The beautiful new kitchen has everything you need to cook, the fireplace is perfect for chilly mornings or evenings and there is so much to do and explore for people of all ages! We feel right at home and our kids are already asking when we can go back!

Relaxing in Moss Landing

Schönes 3BR Beachhouse direkt am Strand. Wir verbrachten 6 entspannende Tage in Moss Landing. Nach dem Labor Day letzten Montag hatten wir den Stand mit den vielen Seevögeln ( Möwen, Ibise, Pelikane etc) für uns allein. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alle Betten sind super bequem. Die Küche ist mehr als umfassend ausgestattet. Jeff hat auf Anfragen prompt geantwortet. Der ganze Check in und out Prozess war total easy.

Great home and owners!

Home was beautiful - quiet, private, and very comfortable. The home was well stocked and we all enjoyed a few extra snacks the owners left for us! Owners were super responsive and very accommodating! Definitely highly recommend!
