We had an amazing stay at this beach house. Everything was super convenient. Stunning views of the ocean , the beach was beautiful and if you have young kids and a family (or 2) this is the perfect location for a vacation in the Monterey area. Highly recommend!

The home is amazingly beautiful and the description was spot on. We open the back door and there was the beach! So peaceful and serene, we had just a wonderful stay and would love to come back! The house had great amenities and was very cozy. We slept great.Lisa is an amazing host and made everything so easy. She’s so helpful and responsive. Thank again Lisa!

We have been coming to the Moss Landing area for years but this was our first time staying at this property. We selected it because it was as perfect for our group of 5 girls and had very nice amenities. Lisa was a great host and very communicative so we had a very enjoyable trip! The house was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and relax. The view is gorgeous from the house. Also, the bottle of wine was a very nice extra touch!! We would stay here again.

Tastefully updated property in a great location. You are just steps away from the beach. The condo was well equipped, very clean, and the host was so kind. Looking forward to coming back.

Loved our stay it was definitely worth it and would rent again in the near future. The place is clean, well-managed and communication was excellent. It is sooo close to the beach that made it all worth it!

Exceeded all our expectations! Host was extremely responsive and left us wanting for nothing. This stay allowed us to feel like we lived there, while at the same time being taken care of. The Dunes are far enough away from it all, but close enough to enjoy what Monterey and the surrounding area has to offer. The Colony feels a little like stepping back in time when our California beaches weren’t overrun with people and resorts, but still have modern conveniences. We will absolutely book this unit again!

We LOVED staying (3 nights) at the beach house for our family celebration! Plenty of space for 6 adults to sleep. Spacious bathrooms (3) and the kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals. The VIEW is breathtaking and changes constantly depending on height of the sun, tide, and how many pelicans are flying right in front of you. We had walks on the beach, where we literally saw no one else. Our group enjoyed swimming in the clubhouse pool, the hot tub, and pickleball court. If you are looking for a house on the beach to disconnect, this house is marvelous.

This condo has everything to enjoy the paradise of Monterey Bay. It feels private but a short drive to lots of activities (redwoods, aquarium, Santa Cruz). Quiet, clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the sports equipment and cozy throw blankets. Preparing food in the kitchen was easy. Communication with the host was 5 star! Ocean view is amazing! Highly recommend

The house is beautiful, and you can't beat the location. It was like it was made specifically for our girls' weekend. Lisa, our host, was very responsive to our questions. If you're looking for a place in this area, you couldn't find a lovelier place!
