House location is amazing you can hear the waves crashing at night with the window open. Place was as pictured and communication was very clear and easy, and check in/out was seamless.

This was the perfect location! Right on the beach. Great space for our family. Very clean and the host was friendly and helpful! We are hoping to make this trip a tradition and would definitely book here again!

Excellent location. Beautiful beach. The set up is nice for a family of 5. The deck area was the best!

Nice stay at this home. It’s right across the street from the beach which makes it convenient. Towels including beach towels were there. Kitchen was nicely stocked. I would bring along some pans and Tupperware if you are particular.

This was a fantastic place to stay for a little birthday getaway. The proximity to the beach is incomparable and it felt so good to return to our rental after being in busy Santa Cruz. There was so much space for all of us and it was nice to have an upstairs bedroom that served as a little getaway from the kids. Having a full kitchen and a place to eat outside, also made for a memorable meals. I would definitely consider visiting this place again!

We love waking up with the beach right in front. Your property has very convenient beach access and is close to many great restaurants for dining in. The host is very nice and responds to our texts quickly. Even though it was just one night, we had a relaxing and great time.

The views were amazing. The house is well stocked. Carpets should be replaced. Some electrical issues. I am sure they will fix. I would go back.

We enjoyed our stay, house was good size for our family of 5. The ocean view was perfect and access to the beach was right across the street. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor balcony space was great for relaxing and watching the ocean waves. Loved having morning coffee and watching the sunrise. We plan on staying here again, great beach getaway house!

It's a small place, but has plenty of room upstairs for cooking, entertaining, and watching the beach/ocean. There is room for another couple downstairs, but upstairs is the best experience.Owners were so responsive when we had a little problem with propane tank and actually anytime I had a question.I would love to stay there again.

Amazing house right on the beach - we loved the views (even saw whales!), and the layout was perfect for our family. Plus walking to the waves, or down to the market and restaurants, was a breeze.

Best location. Full beach and ocean view. From the upper deck, we saw dolphins, whales and seals - incredible. This house is very well stocked, great kitchen and sitting room . all in all - very cozy and comfy. Rental team is very responsive. Highly recommend .

This place was more than one could hope for. You never really know what you are going to get when booking a place online. Pictures does not do this place justice. My family (of 4) chose this place due to the proximity of the beach location. It did not disappoint. The beach was right across the street. Every day we would wake up and go out to outside upper deck and watch the sea lions and dolphins while eating our breakfast. This house came with a canopy tent to sit under on the beach, beach chairs, and a wagon to carry it all over to the beach. The beach was not only maybe 50ft away from the front door, but was in the middle of two busy beach spots, so you had it pretty much to yourself. We could not believe how relaxing it was, not over crowded and full of "sea life". Bonus that it had a rinse off shower outside.

Great location - right on the beach! Unfortunately it was raining while we were there so unable to use the outside balcony and furniture. Views are stunning and there's direct access to the beach right across the unit! Kitchen had all the basics for meal prep or takeout. Covered car port also made it easy to get in and out esp while it was raining. Overall, it's a great unit if you're looking for a beachfront property and central to everything!

The view is INCREDIBLE!!!! We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the waves, we saw a lot of whale spouts the first day, very cool! Bring binoculars! The beds were very comfortable, everything was super clean and nice. We really had no problems at all. The location to the beach can't be beat, we walked across the road directly to steps down to the beach. The road wasn't busy at all, and neither was the beach.
