No sleep but great view!

This place has outdated furniture and decor which is fine but the beds and pillows were the worst. Terrible nights trying to sleep. This place also prides itself on no smoking yet nightly we’d try to enjoy the balcony but someone near us kept smoking and we’d have to go inside. For the price the owner needs to make some needed changes.

Nice stay for family.

Wonderful condo!

The condo was much bigger than we expected and the balcony was very spacious! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beach chair attendant was by far the greatest person we had the pleasure of meeting. I’ve never encountered such an attentive and friendly person! His name was Michael ! We will definitely be back to Sterling Beach!

Great condo

Very spacious & nice. Minor issue..there’s a plumbing thumbing noise in the guest bathroom that makes it difficult to sleep in the 2nd bedroom…other than this exceptional unit.

Great Location

Room was clean, grounds and pool were clean, location on the beach with easy access to the beach. Across the street is Barracuda bar, great food and drink specials. Can't wait to come back next year.

Uncomfortable furniture + tiny TV

Fitted sheets on the king bed were on sideways so they kept popping off until we remade it. Sofa miserable to sit or sleep on. TV not proportionate to room size. Sadly, owner too cheap to make small additional investment for guests comfort.

Condo needs a deep cleaning and we would not stay here again.

The condo is easily accessible to the elevators, pool, and parking. The condo itself had dirty floors, dusty walls, a dryer that only warmed clothes, and one bathroom had a toilet that either had not been cleaned or it was stained. The base boards are filthy. Master bedroom furniture is old and worn out.

Had the necessities

This condo had all of he necessities for our vacation. The condo was not updated and had very old stained carpet in the bedrooms. The floors were so sticky that we had to physically force our feet to lift up to walk. We tracked down cleaners to redo them. I received a message a couple days later from Vacasa letting us know they were sending someone to clean them.

Wonderful views

The unit was very clean and nice. Seems that there was a new couch and two new chairs for the living room compared to what the listing shows. Might want to consider a new mattress for the master, the one that's there now is showing its age. For some reason we could not connect to the internet with our laptop(which is only a year old) in the unit but we could go down to the Vacasa lobby and connect to the lobby without any issues but then as soon as we get back up to the unit we couldn't connect to the internet. At least our phones we able to connect. The pool was very very cold and we weren't really able to enjoy it. When I asked one of the guys (ground keepers I guess) why the pool was so cold and not heated they said that the heat was turned off for the summer. We were there from May 22nd- 29th so technically it was still spring because summer doesn't officially start until June 21st. Outlaws BBQ is within walking distance, only a block away and the food was awesome with good size portions and reasonable priced. I would consider staying at Sterling Beach again if we were to go back to Panama City Beach because it's away from all the hustle and bustle.

Perfect family vacation!

This is our second time staying at Sterling Beach #404 and we absolutely love it. The condo is spacious and clean. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The front office staff were very friendly and helpful. My kids LOVED the pool and spent most of their time there. We will definitely come back next year.

Needs makeover and repairs

View was very nice. But I would like to say that the chairs were torn leather and hard to get in and out of. The shower looked like a leak happened from the unit above us.

Loved it!

This was our first trip to PCB and couldn’t ask for it to be any better! Sterling Beach had every amenity would could ask for. The condo was spacious and clean. The location is perfect if you don’t like crowds. The staff was so kind and helpful. Thank you Vacasa and Sterling Beach. We will be back.

Sterling Beach II #404

I loved the size and cleanliness of the condo! The rooms were spacious and has plenty of room for mg entire crew! The views from the balcony over the pool and beach were amazing! The condo was well quipped with all the amenities we needed to for the trip. I will book again with this company and I hope I get the same one again! We have a blast and will be back again ! Thanks for everything!

Best booking!

What a great stay! The facility was as promised: clean, well-maintained, and inviting. We will definitely book with Vacasa again, here at the beach or in the mountains! The service and follow up once we arrived was unexpected but definitely reassuring. We thank you!

Perfect View!

Loved the condo - spacious and a beautiful view of the ocean. The balcony was amazing. The beach was easily accessible and the chairs were an added bonus - thanks Mike! The pool is very pretty and a relaxing treat after a day at the beach. If anything - the furniture is good quality, but could use a little refreshing. Very minor detail for us, but want to include for the purpose of the review for others. We would definitely stay here again!

Sterling Beach 404

Everything was top notch, and everyone was super nice. Beautiful view from the balcony, and even the guy at the beach umbrella, sorry brotha, I'm awful with names, came and adjusted our umbrella to keep us shaded. Awesome job by all, and yes my 3 year old great-grand son had a blast. Thanks to all !

Worn out shag carpet, broken down couch, outdated furnishings

The beach and amenities were beautiful, but this condo was not worth the money. Looked like it was furnished from a Goodwill Store. It was very close to the beach, but would not recommend this unit.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at Sterling Beach. The room was fantastic. Very spacious. The pool was big and not crowded. The beach wasnt crowded at all considering we went mid July. We plan to stay again! Thank you Vacasa for calling the day before check in to confirm we got our codes. Thank you for calling during our stay to make sure we were good and didnt need anything.

Awesome week!

First, the Vacasa staff in the office and maintenance were super friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and bigger than what the pictures show. The pool was nice and the condo came with beach service, which was amazing. The man in charge of the beach rentals was very polite and helpful. Overall, we had a great week and would definitely book again.

Great Trip

The couch was worn down and not really able to use as a sleeper sofa. The furniture overall really needs to be updated The condo was clean and we had no issues with anything. We would stay again.
