ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR 2800 SQUARE FOOT 4 BEDROOM 4 BATHROOM CONDO ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF STERLING BEACH. THE CONDO WILL SLEEP 14 COMFORTABLY.


(Primary renter must be at least 25)
-The Living room has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico with 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas and a pool table!
-Living Room includes a 60” Flat screen TV

-Kitchen has been renovated with granite counter tops, stainless steel double sink and disposal
-Fully equipped Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker

-Master Bedroom has KING bed and a 32” Flat screen TV and a gulf view with balcony access
-Master Bath has a two separate showers and double vanity

-2nd bedroom has a KING size bed with views of the gulf and a full bathroom attached.
-Off the 2nd master bedroom is a bunk room with 2 twin size beds.

-The 3rd Bedroom also has a KING size bed with a full bathroom attached.

-The 4th bedroom has a king size bed with attached bathroom.

-There is wireless internet access throughout the residence

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice. But they need a better equipped kitchen, particularly silverware, furniture was a little beat up including a dangerous, sharp broken edge on the glass dining table

The condo was wonderful, more than accommodating and spacious for our group of 14. Views were amazing, all beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were extremely huge. It had a very quaint and comfortable feeling. The location was perfect , the pool was clean and also very spacious. The area was quiet and it was close to restaurants and shops, However I would recommend adding more kitchen supplies, it was definitely not stocked for a large group. There were only two frying pans, one really small, maybe 8 forks, only one large knife and six bowls. We were a large group and liked to make dinner when we could. There were no hangers in any of the closets to hang your clothes and some of the rooms smelled like smoke. The refrigerator although looked new did not cool the first day and one of the drawers were broke therefore minimizing our storage. The same for the freezer drawer. But with that said all that is fixable and would not stop us from booking it again. We still had a great week and would recommend this condo.

Perfect for our family

Great place to stay. The condo staff was always helpful and the grounds were well kept. The Condo was great and having the 4 bathrooms was the best.

Great for families and friends

Loved the pool table and was very happy with the bedroom/bath setups. The property is maintained well and groundskeepers were very nice. Will keep this one on our list for future trips.

4 Bedroom/4 Bathroom Perfect

The 4 king bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect for our family of 8 and the location on Thomas drive could not be more convenient. The pool area is one of the nicest we have seen.

Great location & easy check-in …needs updating cooking supplies(no crockpots & not enough forks for everyone) ..washer is super loud but works… beds & bedding was all very clean but couches were dirty…loved the pool table & pool & beach was fabulous!! Needs some TLC for price.

Yearly vacation

This place was very nice and the views are unforgettable. It was nice having the pool table everyone loved it. Only thing is to make sure you buy extra toilet paper , paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, and washing stuff. Lots of room for everyone.

Our stay was wonderful. The beach & heated pool were perfect. The property grounds were very nice & the elevators were quick & clean. Playing pool looking over the beach was a lot of fun in the evenings. That being said you could tell the condo was once amazing… but, it needs a serious cleaning. The furniture was covered in stains & the carpet turned our feet black with dirt. When we arrived after driving 13 hours our door lock battery was dead. So we had to wait for a maintenance man to arrive to fix it, which was taken care of in a decent time but it was frustrating. The condo entrance door locked on the outside but not the inside. So if you have small children be aware that they can easily open the door & leave even when it’s locked. There was no other safety mechanism like high chain or latch. We had to go buy a baby gate at Walmart to make sure our kids were secure by blocking the hall to the door. Also both locks to the patio were broken & couldn’t lock so we had to block those with chairs. The security guard was very friendly & helpful. We were given last years gate codes & he was thankfully nearby & able to give us the current beach gate codes. I would stay there again because we had such a fun time as a family. But spending so much money on something that was more stained up than a motel room didn’t feel right.

Good and Bad

Bad: Carpet and Sofa's need replacing. It's time for a deep cleaning of the unit overall.Good: Location of property in PCB is good, closer to the state park and less busy area of the strip. I personally like lower level, this is 3rd floor which is nice.

Beach

The condo was easy to access on the 3rd floor of the building and to the beach. The pool was a perfect temperature. The guys who clean the site are always around and always watching. They were pretty on about only being in the hot tub for 15 min. As for the condo. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and talk or play games. The kitchen was nice but

Large Family Condo on the beach

Had a great family vacation! Condo was perfect for our family of 9. Huge end unit with beautiful views of beach and pool. The pool table was a nice bonus. Every bedroom had their own bathroom and comfortable king bed. Only suggestions would be a table for outdoor area, more sharp knives and silverware and have the furniture and throw pillows cleaned. Overall a great week!

The stay was good the condo was spacious and a good layout. The fabric on the couches needed to by cleaned, and the Kitchen and Appliances could use an upgrade. would I stay there again yes the layout and convenience of 4 bedrooms and each one has it on bath is the icing on the cake.

Great unit with spectacular views.

Everything was as advertised. Great big unit for friends and family to stay. Giant windows with spectacular views of ocean and watching planes fly by. We stayed 2 months and didnt run into any big issues and small ones we had were fixed asap. Windows could use some cleaning and few things could be updated but for a rental on the beach nothing really to complain about. Overall stay was excellent.

Wonderful for large groups!

The property was just as described in the listing! We had 4 families (14 guests) and it was spacious enough to not be on top of each other! We had more than what we needed provided in the room. Only thing that could’ve been improved was the usability of the pool sticks. We bought one to get us through the week! Will definitely be staying again.

Great Resort with a beautiful view

This unit was great for our size group - 8 adults really appreciated 4 king size beds. The beach was beautiful and I’ve never seen such a pristine pool. The condo itself is in desperate need of a deep cleaning - specifically the showers, carpet and sofas. Overall it was a great week. Condo just needs a little TLC.

Repeat buyer, could use upgrades

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed here for the last several years for our large family vacation. It accommodates us well with 4 kings/ensuites, pullout sofas and bunks. We have been able to observe over the years when some things aren’t being attended to. Last year many covers were stained and lamps didn’t work. This year those were replaced which was good to see. There weren’t enough pillows for pullout sofas and only 2 pillows per king bed. Sheets were provided for the pullout sofa but not in an obvious spot like a closet. We did find a pillow that was stained and had no pillowcase. There were air mattresses which were nice, but again, no bedding for them. Some light bulbs were out (all the living room lights), and having the carpet shampooed wouldn’t hurt. After showers, our feet were black again after walking on the floors. One ottoman was broken upon arrival. But it’s so comfy and the kids enjoy it over the last few years so we hope something similar will replace it. With that said, we are vacation rental owners and understand that sometimes there’s a disconnect between owners and management companies in terms of good upkeep and attention to detail. We do appreciate the Roku players in the rooms as well. The dryer is going out and hardly dried our clothes, even light loads. However, we love the location on Thomas drive. Love the pool area. Love how the space accommodates us. Love the self entry and checkin (however the gate codes provided were incorrect). The pool attendants are extremely strict and patronizing. Each day, we were approached multiple times (without food or drink nearby) and asked if we had food in our coolers. We are an easygoing group and obey rules. But one of our guests was a 50 year old male eating 1 starburst from his pool chair and was berated. One of the attendants appeared intoxicated and stumbled a lot. We return to Sterling beach because of large rooms, clean uncrowded pools, and location, and affordability
