We’ve stayed along 30A for years at many different properties. This was by far one of our favorites. The convenience of being right on the beach and walking up to your back door was incredible. The place was beautiful and clean. Well equipped and simple. We were able to relax and enjoy the most beautiful views. It’s centrally located so it was easy to get to and from the shops/restaurants or grocery within 5 minutes. We will certainly be returning! Highly recommend.

After viewing adjoining townhouses and speaking with those renters, I feel the stay was extremely over priced. It’s a beautiful place, don’t get me wrong, but it’s on the smaller side and no pool.

The perfection location and perfect views! Easy access to the beach. Tasteful decor and well supplied unit. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Gem Beachfront Stay

Can’t express how wonderful this property is. The beach front and direct access to the beach and the closeness to Rosemary was incredible. Private and quiet beach. Loved every bit of this stay.

Will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here…. Location was excellent and the condo seemed to have everything we needed. The key to lock the sliding door to go down to the beach doesn’t work. Overall, we will stay again!

Amazing location

Location cannot be beat. This is a great unit for a small family. Access to the beach was fantastic and there’s a lovely grassy area to play in. The house could use a deep clean though.

Excellent Rental

Great remodel on this rental; beautiful view and non-crowded beach. Lots of restaurants w/n minutes of property!! So nice that parking is same level as first floor of rental.

Magical Vacation

Location. Location. Location. This property provided the best location for a truly magical vacation. Steps away from a gorgeous beach and close enough to everything you would ever need (Publix, Walmart, delicious food ,etc.), I'm so happy with our stay! Already looking into booking this for next year!!!!

Great location

The property was in a good location with easy access to the beach, shopping and dining . Publix is right around the corner. The beaches are beautiful and I really liked that the property management company used the hospitality app. It was organized and all of the information was easily accessible.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Beautiful private spot

The property sits up on a hill which gives it privacy from people walking on the beach. Not everyone would like the 39 steps and no dining table inside, just the island. The property is a complete remodel and the cleanest vacation home we have ever stayed in. We would choose this vacation rental again!

Waterfront

Fantastic!! The townhome was so comfortable and in the perfect location right on the water! The upstairs balcony view was amazing!!! My daughter and I stayed for a girls trip and she and I both loved everything about this unit!!! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed . We highly recommend 😊

Heaven

We only had 2 nights to stay, but they were the best most relaxing days we had after a large family trip we completed in the week prior at a different location. The condo was beautiful. The beach was sublime. I mostly loved the direct private access to the beach. The only improvements I can suggest are floor mats in the bathrooms and more towels.

Anniversary getaway

We had a delightful stay! The unit was clean, decorated and updated nicely, and close to everything! We used the bikes to ride to Seagrove for breakfast one morning and it was wonderful! It rained majority of our trip so we watched Netflix in bed and could see the ocean from the bed. The balcony is stunning with the glass railing. We will definitely be returning!
