Welcome to this beautiful, gulf front condo ideal for a couple's romantic get-away or a family's beach retreat. The exterior of the property was completely renovated in 2023. Enjoy a King in the private bedroom and a very spacious and comfortable living/dining area. Queen sleeper in living room provides extra accommodations when needed. This one bedroom is almost 900 sq. ft. Fully equipped kitchen, Cable 49 inch 4K Smart TV and DVD in living room and flat screen TV in bedroom plus your own Full Size washer & dryer in unit. Condo includes granite counter tops, tile throughout, and much more. Ground floor accommodations allow you to step right out onto your private gulf front patio where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful gulf views. Take the walkway out to the beach just yards from your door. Enjoy the conveniently located condo complex pool when not on the beach. We often see dolphins swimming along the gulf while we sit having breakfast on the patio! NEW: Your reservation now includes two beach chairs and an umbrella set up for you each morning from March - October!!

The Area: This is a great place to vacation! If you have ever visited our area, then you know why you must come back. If this is your first time, well, you are in for a treat. If you are looking for a place where the water is beautiful and the sand is soft, then you have found it, the beaches of South Walton. We are pretty laid back here, there are no fast food restaurants or amusement parks, they are close by, but not on 30-A.

We pride ourselves on our bike paths, market shopping, and free concerts in the evenings where you bring the blankets and wine and relax. Once you have decided to come to our area, you will then love Blue Tide Condominiums. It is a small development of 18 units. This one is ground floor, and as you can see, the views are great! We do have a pool, if you choose not to take a swim in the Gulf.

We would love to have you as our guest, so just call or email to check dates and we will respond back quickly. Hurry and book as this is a popular destination.

Please note that there is one Blink Doorbell Camera at the property entrance for security purposes. There are no other cameras in the condo.

Fantastic location right on the private beach. Umbrella and beach chairs set up with the property was amazing! You get sunrises and sunsets from their beach. Walking distance to coffee and shops. Very clean place, had all the supplies we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is perfect and the view is amazing!!! Canita is a great host and is very responsive and accommodating! We have been vacationing at 30A for years and condo by far has been our favorite and we can’t wait to return!!

Peaceful getaway

Loved everything about our stay. We had direct access to private beach and umbrella and chairs were set up for us everyday. Felt completely safe and place was toddler friendly. The area is a short distance from many restaurants. Would stay here again!

Very clean w/ good beach access

Great property, *****very clean, comfortable with a great beach location - only a few steps to the beach access. Host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and exploring the surrounding area. Would definitely book again!

Great Location

Blue Tide has a great location right in the beach. The chair service is the best we’ve ever had! So nice to be able to walk right out to the beach.

Growing up a short distance north of the area, its hard not to fall in love with the beautiful white beaches, relaxed atmosphere (we call it Beach Time), and breathtaking views.

Breathtaking views! Beautiful sugar white beaches! You won't find a more beautiful view anywhere in the world. Sitting on the patio we've often seen dolphins, stingrays, etc. swimming along the shoreline. Highway 30a is a unique road that allows you to enjoy small beach life, arts & crafts, activities if you need to escape the sun for a day. Also, bring your bike and enjoy riding along the bike path that runs along 30A. An umbrella and two chairs are now included in the cost of your stay from March - October!
