Super clean and new 2 bedroom in the heart of town!
This restored historic home is all new on the inside and has a nice back yard and patio to boot. It's between MSU and downtown, and just 2 blocks from the Community Food Coop.
West Olive Cottage is managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, a small homegrown Bozeman company with over 20 years of experience. For more reviews and information, including a self-guided 3D walkthrough, search the name of the house plus the words Bozeman Cottage.
Rules: this is not a pet friendly home as we maintain a strict allergy free environment for guests and we don't use an harsh chemicals, perfumes, sprays. As such, no service animals or emotional support animals are allowed.
Modern and bright remodel with all new furnishings, appliances, and fixtures! Fully equipped two bedroom, one bath home with on and off street parking, nice back yard, and spacious storage shed for gear. The interior is very well designed to maximize use of space, giving closet space to each bedroom and plenty of storage. The kitchen is outfitted with all soft-close cabinet doors and drawers, all new high end appliances, and a very nice working area for any meal you wish to create. The side door leads straight from the kitchen to the tidy back yard with bbq grill and patio with table and chairs. There's access to the alley and parking space through the side gate, and a nice, new storage area is secure-able to keep your gear and outdoor toys handy and dry.
The living room has a new flatscreen tv with wifi and Spectrum streaming cable, and there's an antique secretary desk for a bit of work time. The dining seats four people with more seating for four more at the bar. All of the furniture is new and very comfortable and the whole house has been designed and outfitted for vacation rental use.
Each bedroom has a plush, new queen bed, dresser, side lights, windows looking out to the back yard, and closet space with room for one to four adults or a small family. The house has lots of light from all new windows and new flooring throughout. It is super insulated to keep you warm or cool depending on the season, and it has central AC and heat.
The bathroom has a beautiful glass block wall and a tub/shower and as with all Bozeman Cottage houses is supplied with non-toxic EO brand shampoo and body products which are refilled to eliminate packaging waste.
Downstairs is where you'll find the Maytag machines and a large open, painted floor for organizing and storing belongings.
This is a great location being just 3 blocks to Cooper Park with it's ancient trees and two square blocks of space. MSU is just 5 blocks south, and downtown Bozeman is 5 blocks towards the east. In short, this house has everything you'll need to create great memories!
As with all Bozeman Cottage vacation rentals, the Beall Park Bungalow is fully equipped with a drip style coffee maker, coffee grinder, a starter pack of fresh, local coffee, linens, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, dry goods (flour, sugar, etc), EO brand non-toxic body products, and comes with organic coffee & grinder. We also provide extensive local info on everything from where to buy real Montana meat & locally grown vegetables to great hiking trails, rafting links to restaurant coupons. We believe in local economies and know the best places!

I work in medicine but also own a permaculture educational farm just north of Bozeman.

I like to be able to walk out the door and sit by Bridger Creek, along the trails that border this subdivision. Plus I can ride my bike to town or to the local swimming beach. I don't golf but there is a great course right across the street.
I was able to buy this townhouse and finish it just how I have always wanted. It's built to last and equipped with top of the line appliances and furnishings. It has radiant floor heat which is the only way to go in Montana winters, plus it is well insulated and has high ceilings with great light.
