Monkey Island home with private dock.

Our 2,800 sq ft home has privacy and flow. It’s large enough for families, yet a great getaway for two.
· The Living room is open with vaulted ceilings, 65' TV and wood burning fire place.
· Master Bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom and bonus reading/relaxing
room with views of the main lake
· Bedroom #2 has a king bed, en suite bathroom & patio doors opening to the
backyard
· Great Bedroom has a king, queen and twin bunk beds. Plus, a table & chairs

· High speed internet with WiFi.
· 4 flat screen TVs with Direct TV
· Washer/dryer
· Completely stocked kitchen (exclusive of food)

After a fun day at the lake, relax and enjoy the views on the large back patio. The Tiki bar along with lighting, TV, grill and mini fridge will keep the evening festive.
· Back patio has plenty of lounging and eating spaces.
· Enjoy playing corn hole and horse shoes.
· The lit tiled pathway to the private dock is just off the patio.
The Dock:
1 slip dock (10' x 22')
1 PWC pads
Deep cove with fishing from the lighted dock.

House is situated with an adjoining grassy 1/2 acre lot next to it for kids to play, trailer parking & also provides privacy.

Check-in time is 4:00PM & checkout time is 10:30AM. If you need different times please ask and we will accommodate you, if possible.

The view was great! The layout was nice for our family. Unfortunately the grill didn’t work and the upstairs AC just couldn’t keep up. Additionally we saw quite a few bugs inside. Overall it’s a great property though! Loved the location!

PACK LIGHT because this place has everything you need. My family and I came for 3 nights on spring break. It was very peaceful and relaxing we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Absolutely beautiful house! The views are even better from every inch of the house. It was very clean for us when we arrived, had extra towels in the laundry room for us as well. If we had a question and sent them a message they responded to us in a very timely matter. There was plenty of space for everyone in our party of 8! We look forward to coming back again soon!

Another Wonderful Trip!

This is our fifth summer at Monkey Island, and our second staying here. It is perfectly located, well stocked and very clean! Another wonderful vacation.

Awesome place

The place was amazing. The house and property were gorgeous. It was great to have our boat on site and the fishing on the dock was awesome.

Perfect time!

Great!

We loved our stay at Monkey’s Treehab! It was the perfect space for our family. We especially loved the outdoor patio and the amazing view of the lake!! The location is great and easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Home

This home is well stocked and a great location. We loved hanging out on the patio and admiring the view. Close to the golf course and marina.

Waterfront Lake house

This was the perfect location for us! Great hosts! The property is well maintained, clean, the house has everything you need (and more) to make your lake stay perfect,. And, the view of the lake is beautiful!

Nice Getaway

Our group came to Grand Lake to take part in the BASSMASTER Classic event. The house was in a nice location and exactly as advertised. I would recommend this property if you’re looking for a place on Grand Lake.

Golf Weekend with Friends

6 ladies rented this lovely home for the La-tee-da tournament at the golf course. The home is well stocked and a great location with a marvelous view.

Beautiful home, amazing lake view!

The home had plenty of sleeping arrangements, a full kitchen, and comfortable beds. The view of the lake was amazing. Plenty of outdoor seating and beautiful landscaping. It was very easy to get in and out with a circle drive. Great location close to some great restaurants. Definitely want to go back! Such cute surrounding towns to shop at. We had a great time.

Beautiful View

Luckily the home was beautiful and cozy, the weather was terrible on this trip and we didn’t get out on the dock and lake as much as we wanted. The home had everything we needed to rest and relax and enjoy our stay.
