It is great to go to Craigville beach as it is very close and parking is easy and free with the residence pass. It is a quiet neighborhood and have quiet hours so we couldn’t use the bonfire as late as we would’ve liked but plenty of space to hang out inside as well! Host was very responsive throughout our stay.

Would definitely recommend Julie’s place! The home was very spacious and clean and well stocked with the essentials, including beach chairs. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The beach was a short drive or 15 minute walk away. Julie was very prompt in communication and checkin was simple and easy. I would stay here again.

It was our family's first time to travel to Cape Cod from the south and we had the absolute best time. The house was perfect for multi-family and we loved having the side yard and the bonfire area. The smoke detectors did go off randomly, but the owners were able to someone out same day to fix. We will definitely be back.

Overall very nice location and close to the beach, grocery store, and liquor store. The house was beautiful and we had plenty of space for everyone. Notes that were posted throughout the house were a little overwhelming, but overall had a good stay. Host was super responsive and attentive. Beach pass is included. If you’re looking to stay in Barnstable, this would be a great house to book.

Very nice stay on the Cape with the family. Everything was as listed. It was a great find for peak season time. Check-in was smooth and the rooms were clean. Just as a heads up for anyone traveling with young kids that the yard is not fenced in. There is a quiet ordinance in place from 9p-8a as it is a residential area (there are other kids in the neighborhood so it’s not completely quiet at that time we noticed) but if you are looking for a peaceful getaway in a nice neighborhood close to the beach and playground and a really cool store/candy shop and ice cream this is a great place!

House is beautiful and well equipped, and located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Host was quickly responsive to all of our inquiries. Overall a great spot for a family vacation.

thank you for letting our multigenerational family stay. it was the perfect place to land when traveling for thanksgiving. we all had our own space but found lots of time in the cozy living room and around the kitchen island. will be back soon and most def will see if this house has an opening!

Perfect spot for a family vacation on the Cape!

We enjoyed the short walk to Four Seas, the best ice cream on the Cape, Craigville Beach and more. The house was perfectly set up for lounging on the porch, cooking meals or eating lobster rolls from Osterville Fish Market. The house was clean and the beds were luxurious, even the bunk bed. The host was easy to contact with any questions. It was a flawless experience and I am just counting the months until our next stay.

Perfect stay at Cape Cod

Beautiful home

We stayed at this home for a long weekend. It was beautiful, clean and perfect for our large family. Host was very responsive to questions and let us check in early, which was great. Would definitely recommend.

Great property/great location

Great house for family. We had 6 adults and 3 young children (all under 5) and enjoyed the house, the backyard, and the nearby town beaches. House comes with beach pass for free parking at lovely beaches. Kitchen is well-equipped and there is gas grill outside.

Perfect for family time!

It’s perfect to have extended family getaway…. We had enough good size bedrooms, plenty of sink space and bathrooms for all. The kitchen is well equipped to cook but also has a giant island perfect for lots of takeout. Neighborhood is adorable and easy to walk the kids around. Will be back for sure!

Peaceful. Beautiful. Convenient

Great home for a large family. We had 5 adults and 2 teenagers and everyone enjoyed the house, location and charm of the neighborhood. Home was newly renovated, great kitchen and bathrooms. We loved the outdoor spaces surrounded with beautiful trees and shrubs, so peaceful and quiet. Close to beach, shops, restaurants. Host was very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended! You'll love your stay here.

Mid cape Gem

Beautiful home in lovely walkable neighborhood. Close to beach, shops, restaurants. Open concept livingroom/Dining/Kitchen was perfect for our family with young children. Great Communication with host - answered the few questions we had very quickly. Very clean and well appointed. Will definitely be back.

Perfectly Perfect

The house was perfect for our needs. Great open format with a gourmet kitchen and a beautiful island. It had 2 outdoor entertaining areas (front porch and patio w/ fire pit). The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was so clean that we felt like the first occupants. Definite 5 star VRBO!

Perfect Cape Vacation House

We so enjoyed our time here. The accommodations were new, comfortable, and spotless. We had coffee on the porch every morning, set up cornhole boards in the back yard, and couldn't help but congregate around the kitchen island. It is a convenient, charming neighborhood location. The hosts are responsive and flexible. Very easy to work with! We can't wait to go back. Thank you.
