Our Seaside Retreat is a newly renovated beautiful, OCEANFRONT, TOP FLOOR condo featuring one bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, one bathroom with custom tiled walls, updated and well stocked kitchen with gorgeous granite counter tops, new doors, all freshly painted walls and ceilings, wood floors, flat screen TVs, high speed wifi, grilling common area, private walkway to the beach, 2 elevators, outdoor showers, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, convenient ground level bathrooms right off the beach, security, convenient off-street parking and 24 hour check in/out services. Enjoy the beautiful views from the oceanfront balcony with seating for dining or lounging.

Linens ARE INCLUDED with the rental, along with towels (2 sets per person) NOT beach towels

There is coin operated laundry located on the ground floor along with a small arcade, drink & snack machines and a pool side club lounge.

The property is only cleaned after your exit - not during your stay.

Max Occupancy: 2 GUESTS (must be 25 years of age)

Owners require 4 night minimum booking.

1.5 miles to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk

This property does NOT allow pets of any kind and is also NON-SMOKING.

Management located close by for any questions/concerns during your stay.

Fine Place, Excellent Location

Very nice condo, well equipped and clean. Excellent view of the beach and ocean, short drive to everything from Fort fisher to Wilmington. Condo owner gave very clear and helpful instructions on checking in and out. A recommended place.

Fantastic getaway

The property was just as advertised - clean and cozy. In addition, the view from the unit was spectacular! From the amenities, easy beach access, and the facility's central location, this made for a fantastic ocean getaway.

Everything was as advertised. Great view. Car trouble caused us to eat in for 2 nights but everything was there to make it pleasurable. Would absolutely stay there again

PERFECT GETAWAY

Outstanding 11th floor full ocean front property with every thing you need to sit back and enjoy. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise on your balcony and relax to a beautiful sunset at the end of the day. This absolutely is an incredible property to spend your time at while enjoying Carolina beach.

Great condo

This was the perfect size condo and location for my husband and me. The condo was beautiful, exactly as pictured. The beach was not crowded at all and very family oriented. We will definitely be back next summer!

Wonderful Beach Front Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful oceanfront condo! It was perfect for the two of us, fully stocked with everything we needed and overlooking the ocean with a quick walk to the beach. The owner Robyn was very helpful and always responsive which made things easy and enjoyable too. We can't wait to come back to this gorgeous gem in Carolina Beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It was clean, well furnished and the 11th floor balcony views were great. King sized bed was very comfortable too. Very quiet. Plenty of convenient parking.

Wonderful Beachview.

Very pleased with our stay. I was concerned about the 11th floor but the elevators always prompt. We didn't cook much but the condo was fully stocked had we wanted. Location & beach access perfect. Always available parking One small request. 1 day’s coffee would have been a nice treat

Property is exactly as described. Clean, beautiful and that view! This was my second stay at this property and I will definitely return. Perfect for two people. Can’t beat the top floor!

The property was great! Awesome views! First two day’s weather was horrible so we stayed in most of the first two days! Room was very comfortable and clean, had everything we needed! Definitely recommend this room you want be disappointed!!!

SO relaxing!

What a great place to stay right on the beachfront. It is beautifully kept and the bed/pillows were extremely comfortable. The place is modern and has everything you will need. The extras is that is has access to an outdoor and indoor pool and a dreict walk onto the beach. Robin provides prompt communication. It is close to many great restaurants and within just a couple of miles from the boardwalk. We will definitely return.

Great little condo location was good we were within walking distance of everything… no issues with the condo it was clean… well stocked with everything you’d need… ac worked great… perfect condo for 2 people… pools were nice and overall the whole property was very clean… the restrooms down at the pool were clean and the lounge area was nice too with tables, chairs and a big screen tv … I’d definitely stay here again.

Great property!

This is an amazing property! It is even better in person than it looks in the pictures. It is very clean and it is very beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you could ask for. The view from the balcony is amazing. It is very easy to get onto the beach. The location is close to everything you might need. Robyn was very quick to reply when we had questions. We love this place and hope to have a chance to return in the future.

Loved the property. The only thing we didn't like was having to make the bed. My wife has to do that at home and she feels that it should have been sleep ready. The dishes aren't microwave safe.

This property has gone through a recent upgrade. New floors, granite counter tops, exellent bathroom with tub and shower. King bed. Very clean throughout. Easy contact and communication with the property owner. Never having stayed in this facility, we were very pleasantly surprised and happy that we chose this particuar condo. We would definitrly recommend this condo to anyone.

Wonderful view!

This top floor condo is beautifully decorated and very clean and the view is spectacular! It happened to be a gorgeous super blue moon while we were there on the night of our anniversary and it was very special! We could not have been enjoyed ourselves more. Watching the sunrise was awesome too. It was definitely one of the best vacations we have taken. I hesitate to mention, because our time there was so great, the only issue we had is there were only 2 bath towels total, one each, for 5 days. The set was only enough for one person. It worked out because I had brought plenty of beach towels but it would have been nice to have at least 2 sets. Thank you for sharing this perfect spot with us though, it was a special anniversary we will never forget.
