Gulf Breeze is a cozy Key West style coastal cottage ideally located 150 steps to the beautiful white sand beach. The property is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a very comfortable king bed that is ideal for island getaways. One of just a few one bedroom villas on the island with completely private heated pool. The pool is heated to 85 degrees weather permitting. Come home from the beach and unwind by the pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Enjoy dining alfresco on the private patio. Relax with a lovely glass of wine, read a book or simply enjoy listening to the waves on the patio swing. The free Island trolley stop is directly across the street that will take you from one end of the island to the other. The ever popular Monkey Bus provides free "trips for tips" and offer door to door service. Our villa is located in the middle and most desirable, residential areas on the quieter north end of Anna Maria Island. Our beach house is surrounded by beautiful custom homes steps to the beautiful beach. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Loved everything about the rental. Pictures were spot on. Unit was very clean, well appointed and had super comfy bed. The location to beach and to the trolley stop was just a very short walk. We appreciated having nice beach chairs and beach umbrella provided by owner.Communication with owner and access to property was super easy. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again.

The house was great for the two of us! Proximity to the beach was the selling factor-two minutes-perfect! Owner was quick to respond when needed. Outdoor shower was new and so cute!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The house was decorated beautifully and updated and modern. It was immaculate.We rode the bikes and swam in the private pool almost daily. The beach was steps away from the property. Jeannine, our host, was so friendly and helpful! I have been recommending this spot to all my friends and family. We had a blast!

Great place to stay

Cottage was as described, clean, cozy, walking distance to the beach and having the private pool to relax after a day at the beach was AWESOME. Will be returning.

Perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach is very close by and beautiful to walk. Loved coming home and taking a dip in the private heated pool.

Wonderful and great location!

Everything was perfect! The pool was heated , property clean and kitchen well stocked with the utensils we needed, Host was very responsive when we asked for recommendations around the area. Would definitely go back!

Cozy full size couch, great cooking kitchen, comfy bed , washer and dryer , private pool. Truly 175 steps to beach. Less than that to get on the trolley which takes you to other beaches

Bed was very comfortable but I think a queen size in that room would help free up a little space.Outdoor shower area could use some sort of drainage system. All in all a fantastic place! Will be coming back.A

Perfect location

Enjoyed our stay, the location was great! Close to trolley stop and beach access. Unfortunately the weather was poor the entire week so didn’t get to enjoy the beach or pool. The host was very nice and was very helpful.

We enjoyed the private pool. The property manager was extremely nice and helpful. We were a very short walk to the beach! It is small but comfortable. We had a very nice stay!

Our host was fantastic. Very welcoming and friendly. We very much enjoyed our interactions. The villa is decorated so comfortably and beautifully. Loved the Pier tiles above the stove. The pool in back is just perfect after a day at the beach or honestly at any time. Completely private! The walk to the beach is 2 minutes tops. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
