If you just can't get enough of the crisp mountain air, take a dip in one of the outdoor hot tubs right out your door! You'll also have access to the workout facility, a complimentary ski locker, and you're free to enjoy the outdoor common space while watching the Gondola roll by. Average

Unit was fine with one significant exception. The pull out couch was terribly uncomfortable to sleep on. Cannot be used for sleeping.

First time visiting Winter Park, CO

Our family has been to many ski resorts, but this was our first time visiting Winter Park, and this condo’s location is the absolute best! You can watch the gondola go up and down the mountain from the condo. We also enjoyed watching the activity in the village from the balcony. Restaurants and shops are just outside your door and the hot tub was nice after a long day of skiing. We definitely plan to come back. Keith B. Ellis

property was perfect for our ski vacation

lovely property. Really liked the air bed and how easy it was to set up. TVs/technology is a bit old. Just a few things that would make this place perfect....would have liked to have TVs we could cast to - cable and commercials (Yuck) - probably over 10+ years old. Need brighter lights in bedroom so you can read in bed. more hangers in closet. Other than that, just perfect.

Great Condo

I really enjoyed the condo. Clean and spacious. Wish the gas fireplace threw out more heat and that the TV channels were the same on each of the TV's. I am a CNBC watcher and it only was available on the TV in the bedroom. Otherwise everything was great.

ALL DETAILS COVERED!

It was a pleasure to rent through Winter Park Loding Company. We had plenty of supplies (tp, paper towels, bath towels, hot tub towels, toiletries, dish soap, etc) to last the week. Communications were clear and contained all the info needed. The hospitality app was awsome and contained all the info needed for our trip. We never had to call anyone! The only downer was that someone stole our personal humidifier that had been left outside our door of the Zephyr by a friend. This however, is not a bad reflection on Winter Park Lodging Co, but rather on the person who decided it was a good idea to take someone else's personal property. What is wrong with people? MANAGER COMMENTS: Oh no! So sorry to hear the humidifier was taken. Not the norm for Winer Park, CO! We are so pleased you had all you needed for your stay with us and that you enjoyed the app. Please do reach out to us again whenever you are back this way.

4th Time and still outstanding!

We love Zephyr Lodge and the convenience of these condos. One bedroom was plenty for us. Kitchen is so helpful with full fridge and freezer! Fireplace (gas) is really nice and our view of the mountain was perfect. Sometimes too much noise from plaza below but overally it was quiet and we did not hear other tenants.

My husband and I had a

My husband and I had a fantastic time in Winter Park. The room was wonderful and we could not have asked for anything more. The lodging company responded to our questions and helped with the fire place immediately when we needed them. The entire experience at Winter Park and with Winter Park Lodging Company could not have been better. Very professional and very nice people! We look forward to coming back! Again this year we had a

Again this year we had a wonderful vacation. The Condo was great as always. although nobody can control the weather, skiing was fantastic. The slopes are groomed to perfection or not groomed as conditions dictate. MANAGER COMMENTS: So pleased you had another nice stay with us Billy. The condo met our

The condo met our expectations. There are two maintenance items that need attention - the old water faucet in the bathroom sink is loose and the tub is extremely slick when wet - perhaps you can add some non-skid strips to the bottom of the tub or provide a suction cup mat. MANAGER COMMENTS: We are glad you enjoyed staying with us. We will certainly get the faucet fixed and add something to make using the shower much safer. Please do reach out to us whenever you are in need of anything for the property, especially if it is a safety concern issue. We do hope to host you again up this way.

Best Vacation in years!

The booking process and arrival is the easiest I have ever experienced when going on vacation. We used Uber Ski to get up the mountain, as the shuttle wasn't running for the time we needed. It was so easy, once we arrived or room was perfect! The view was incredible and they have thought of EVERYTHING. Everything you could possibly need is in the room, there is also a little grocery store right outside the resort. The ski lockers are directly next to an elevator and the rental store. The lifts are all within sight of the room. You couldn't't possibly ask for more. I can't wait to go back! MANAGER COMMENTS: That's so exciting to hear! Amazing mountain, amazing home !

Zephyr Mountain Lodge is awesome because it is right at the base of the mountain with unbeatable access to the slopes! There is also a bunch of walkable food/drink options or just a few minute drive to downtown Winter Park for more options. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed for a great ski trip. This unit is located slope side so we enjoyed beautiful views of the mountain on rest days. I would describe this unit as comfortable, clean and cozy! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for taking such good care of the unit and making us feel welcomed!

This condo was in the best location to the slopes. Easy to get back to for a rest during the day!

The perfect location, fantastic views and close to all village activities! My only complaints are as follows: kitchen could use more items such as cutting board, cutting knives, more pots and pans. Also the blow dryer in the bathroom kept overheating every 5 seconds so pretty much worthless. The bellmen were of great assistance and parking was great. I would stay here again however I would bring more of my own cooking stuff.

Beautiful view, great location

View is spectacular and it is really close to the lift. We had a great time. The condo is really meant for only 2 people. We have a family of 4 and our boys are 16 & 18; and they were to sleep on the hide-a-bed. The mattress on the hide-a-bed is an air mattress and it has a large hole. The WP Lodging company tried to help and brought another air mattress; but, it too had a hole. The boys ended up sleeping on the floor. The WP Lodging company also brought more bowls and a large pot when I called about the lack of supplies in the kitchen. Manager's Comments...Thanks for chatting with me offline. We generally recommend the aerobed for smaller kids, but it still should have been able to hold air. While you said we were responsive and did try to fix it, we still missed the mark on the aerobed. For your next visit, let's get you into a two bedroom property, so the boys will sleep well.

would stay again -

Hi - the room was nice - needs some maintenance - -- the shower and kitchen faucets were very loose, and the kitchen sink just ran unless you really applied a lot of pressure to close it off. -- There was very little cable -- only a few stations. --There were MANY decorative pillows on the bed, but only two, flat icky pillows you could actually use. --There was almost NO counter space in the bathroom and only a narrow shelf above the toilet to hold bathroom items. If more than two people stayed you'd have bathroom stuff all over. But overall it was a nice room - just a couple improvements would really help!
