Just a 2-minute walk to the 10-person Gondola, Chairlifts, Ski School, and The Village—home to a variety of shops, dining options, and a seasonal ice-skating pond—our location can’t be beat!

Located on the 6th floor, our unit offers beautiful views of the mountains, and the Amenities Deck. You’ll love being just steps from the elevator (with no elevator noise) and high above the bustle of the deck for peace and quiet.

Our condo is just a 2-minute walk to the new 10-person Gondola, Chairlifts, Ski School, and resort Village. At the Base Village where you can find a variety of shops, dining, and an ice-skating pond. Our 6th floor unit has gorgeous views of the village and mountain while also overlooking the Amenities Deck. Steps away from the elevator - but no elevator noise! And it's high up away from the Amenities Deck noise!

KITCHEN
This is a kitchenette that is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. It features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM
The bedroom features a KING-SIZE bed. It also has a ceiling fan and a 27-inch TV. The bathroom has an over-sized bathtub and stand-up shower. Comfort and convenience features include humidifier, iron, and hair dryer.

LIVING ROOM
The entertainment center comes equipped with a 32-inch LCD flat-panel TV, and XBOX ONE.

LOCATION & AMENITIES
Fraser Crossing is conveniently located in the Winter Park Base Village. The building has an amenities deck on the third floor that includes a large outdoor hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and a barbecue grill. The lobby provides access to building elevators, heated underground parking garage, and private ski lockers. For security, key codes are required for entry to the building and garage.

Please be aware that the amenity decks with access to grills and hot tubs will be closed for renovation until February 2025. Completion date is Not Guaranteed.

TRANSPORTATION
The Winter Park Resort provides free bus transportation to town.

Fraser Crossing HOT TUB is not available at this time. It's an ongoing maintenance.
