Welcome to Your Winter Park Getaway!

We’re excited to welcome you to our luxury condo located in the heart of the Base Village at Winter Park Resort. Just a 2-minute walk to the 10-person Gondola, Chairlifts, Ski School, and The Village—home to a variety of shops, dining options, and a seasonal ice-skating pond—our location can’t be beat!

Located on the 6th floor, our unit offers beautiful views of the mountains, and the Amenities Deck. You’ll love being just steps from the elevator (with no elevator noise) and high above the bustle of the deck for peace and quiet.

WELCOME!

We would like to welcome you to stay in our luxury condo located in the Base Village at Winter Park Resort. The brand-new flooring is modern and stylish! In addition, our guests can enjoy the brand new 2025 Italian leather sofa and armchair. The new Italian queen size sleeper sofa provides great support and a comfortable good night sleep.

Our condo is just a 2-minute walk to the new 10-person Gondola, Chairlifts, Ski School, and resort Village. At the Base Village where you can find a variety of shops, dining, and an ice-skating pond.

Please also view our one-bedroom condo with full-kitchen in Founders Pointe. It is VRBO property #272814.

KITCHEN
This is a kitchenette that is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. It features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM
The bedroom features a KING-SIZE bed. It also has a ceiling fan and a 27-inch TV. The bathroom has an over-sized bathtub and stand-up shower. Comfort and convenience features include humidifier, iron, and hair dryer.

LIVING ROOM
The entertainment center comes equipped with a 32-inch LCD flat-panel TV, and XBOX ONE.

LOCATION & AMENITIES
Fraser Crossing is conveniently located in the Winter Park Base Village. The building has an amenities deck on the third floor that includes an enormous 2025 outdoor hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and a barbecue grill. The lobby provides access to building elevators, heated underground parking garage, and private ski lockers. For security, key codes are required for entry to the building and garage.

TRANSPORTATION
The Winter Park Resort provides free bus transportation to town.

Parking: Inside garage parking is an additional $24 per day during the skiing season. No daily parking fee during the non-skiing season. NO free outdoor parking at anytime.

All lift tickets, lessons, and activities should be booked online at least 72 hours in advance for better discounts.

Please be aware that its availability is not guaranteed. Sometimes, hot tub maybe under repair or maintenance.

The location was wonderful and the unit itself was super clean, the layout was perfect for our mini getaway! The host was also very helpful and insightful on tips to prepare for our trip, great communication and wonderful experience! We would definitely return!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The new hot tub is amazing and the location so close to the slopes can’t be beat!

This is an excellent place to stay that has a great location, walkable to the gondola and several base area shops and restaurants. The condo is clean with new furnishings. The owner is very responsive to questions and needs. I have no hesitation about returning.

Winter Park condo located very close to the base of the slopes. Only hiccup was the fact that the initial door code did not work at check-in, delaying access to our condo by about 20 minutes before our VRBO host could respond to our phone call, generating a new code. Condo was very well equipped and comfortable, meeting our needs.

An excellent place to stay and right in Winterpark ski resort. Apartment was fully stocked with utensils and view from balcony was magnificent.

Good stay

Love Winter Park and this location is fantastic. However, the unit was not thoroughly cleaned as we found an empty drink bottle under the bed and a broken large piece of concrete next to the couch that would have been seen by anyone who was supposed to clean.

Winter Park Ski Condo

This property is perfect for 2-4 people who plan to ski at Winter Park. Well situated in the ski resort with a 4-minute walk to the Gondola lift, 3 minutes to the local shops and has great top floor views from the deck. Excellent internet service, inexpensive and close underground parking, well-furnished and included secure ground floor gear lockers. Owner was responsive to questions and with the checkin/out materials.

My husband is a big fan of skiing. He started our kids since they were 5 years old. My son now loves skiing, and we find ourselves coming back to Winter Park a couple times each winter. Winter Park is only a short drive from Denver airport. The mountain is easy enough for the beginners and challenging enough for the experts. Besides the great snow and skiing, what we like most about Winter Park is the friendly people!
