Adorable 3/1 Little Bay Cottage

Seas the Moment Cottage is a cozy cottage located within walking distance to Little Bay in Rockport, Texas (1 1/2 blocks) and approximately 1.4 miles to the Rockport Beach entrance. This home provides a quiet retreat to return to after shopping in the Rockport Historic District or a fun day at the beach. The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. Evening or morning strolls are most enjoyable in this neighborhood. This property comes with a fully furnished kitchen, a washer, a dryer, a large backyard with a swing, charcoal and gas grills, a lighted pergola, and is great for families.

Wonderful Stay!

This home was perfect for our stay in Rockport! It is tastefully decorated, cozy and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to everything in Rockport. Amy is an amazing host, who responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. Really looking forward to our stay again next year!

Nice beach vacation spot

This house was a short drive from Rockport Beach. It was clean, well furnished, and comfortable! The host communicated well with us and made sure our stay was great.

Super cute house

We loved our stay at the house. Amy was very responsive and left very clear and detailed instructions for the house. The house is very clean, organized and well decorated and is fully stocked with everything you need. We would highly recommend her place and would stay here again.

Great place

As I drove up I realized the house is prettier in person. The house colors are calm and softer then the photos appear. The furniture is in great shape and comfortable. The linens are of good quality and soft. The AC works great & housekeeper does a great job. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything.

Great vacation rental

Very nice house and our young grandchildren (3, 5, &6) absolutely loved the back yard swing and it was wide enough that two could ride at the same time.

Perfect Get-Away

Quick trip from Houston for a relaxing vacation. Property was just as described. Lots of thoughtful touches included, like coffee supplies, etc. Easy check in and out. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with several close restaurants.

Adorable and quiet

We loved our stay while we enjoyed some beach time. It's decorated nicely and the neighborhood is quiet with not a lot of traffic. We will definitely return!

Great Getaway!

This was perfect for a quiet, relaxing girls trip. The house was very cute and perfect for what we needed. Location was close to everything. The owners were so pleasant and made the experience very worthwhile. We hope to do it again soon!

Special Touch Cottage

The cottage was nicely supplied with everything we needed for great Stay. It is very clean and modernized. The kitchen supplies provide you with everything you would need if you choose to cook. Amy Even puts out snacks for you to enjoy. The cottage is decorated so that you feel like you’re home.

Great themed getaway

Loved our little vacay, really loved the theme and colors throughout the home made it very cheery. Very spacious, there were 5 in total 2 adults 1boy and 2 teen girls who all had plenty of space & room to spread out, loved the distance to the water and restaurants… would highly recommend to anyone…

Great place, excellent property manager

Was a great experience, the manger or hostess was excellent. Responded to any questions right away, was extremely helpfully and nice. The house we great, clean, good location, very warm and inviting. Would differently stay there again and highly recommend.

Wonderful home in Rockport

Seas the Moment cottage was the perfect home for my family's vacation. The home and furnishings are very nice and we appreciated the coffee, games, movies, comfortable beds, and grill. When my son wasn't enjoying the bunk room, he was having a blast on the swing in the backyard.

Winter Escape

We rented this home for a 6 week winter escape- boy did it fit the bill. Home ce equipped with all we needed to make our stay comfortable. Great location, quiet neighborhood- except the birds which we loved to hear and see all the birds! Excellent !

Great Family Weekend

The house was perfect for our family with all the comforts of home. Very clean and inviting. We really enjoyed utilizing the backyard and grill to relax at the end of the day. Amy was super responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Great place for a getaway

The house is absolutely perfect. The location is close to the beach and close to stores. I highly recommend the house for families to stay. We had our one year old, twin 13 yr olds, and us and loved it. The kids enjoyed the swing in the backyard. The host was responsive with suggestions for shopping, restaurant, and things to do. We enjoyed ourselves.

Nice House and Neighborhood

This was a nice place and the neighborhood was quiet and well tended. I stayed over Christmas for 7 weeks. Amy was easy to communicate with and responded to any issues that arose in a timely manner. I will stay here again if I ever go back to this area.
