Cute cabin and pole building with bathroom facilities and kitchen area

10 acres with 2 buildings, cabin for sleeping, movie watching, air conditioner/heat. Great for summer fun at the dunes and all the other local activities, or fall hunting. Pole barn with kitchen, bathroom with full shower, and screened in porch coming soon. Plenty of parking, room for tents, and fire pit. Making a lot of upgrades this season. Simple amenities, extremely rustic. Internet/Wifi available. Pets are welcome. See pictures for details, priced for 2 adults and 2 children. More are welcome but prices will change. One queen sized bed. you will need to bring an air mattress for the children. Just a friendly reminder, this is in the country and you will see the occasional deer, rabbit, turkey, mole, mice, and insects such as ants, spiders, box elder bugs, bees, etc. This is 2 steps up at least from tent camping and one step up from RV. I have supplied cooking ware, utensils, plates etc, coffee pot, filters and coffee. We have trash pick up so we only ask that you bag up your garbage before leaving and we will handle disposal. Bed linens, pillows, blankets or sleeping bag, some towels, washrags provided, you may want to bring extras.
We are just minutes from Silver Lake Sand Dunes. This is our reopen season for the property. we built our home on this land so we will be available. We do have 2 dogs, one cat, 5 chickens in case anyone has allergies or phobias. The dogs are fenced.
