Filthy
To say it was filthy is an understatement. I swear the ceiling fans havent been clean in years. The first thing i had to do was clean each one around 4 times each. The dust has been on vented closet doors, air intake vents, were so thick. As soon as we walked through the door the musty smell almost knocked you down. Silverware in drawers, one fork had dried peanut butter and a knife had dried food. I had to spend my first day cleaning and soaking dishes before washing them by hand to make for sure they were clean. Pans, well they were dirty as well and need replaced. Pillows were flat, no neck and head suppirt. One of the full beds, when laid on, it was like a big hole and hurt the couples back so bad. They had to fold an egg crate and that was still uncomfortable. The furniture in the living room is in bad shape, holes and dirty. Carpet under the windows in the living room as saturated from a leak. The carpet, nasty, smelly and dirty, I would tear the carpet. The chairs out on the patio, all except one were broken. Not safe to sit on for adults. There were 7 of us, only 6 forks. We had issues with the ice maker. I will say, the owner John. He kept in contact with me, made for sure that a man came out to fix the leak under the window. He said he would replace mattress and box spring to the broken mattress. He had contact management about the towels we needed. They didnt have anyone able to bring them to the condo. We went and picked up towels picked oset doors
