Great Property in Perfect Location

We had such a great time at this beautiful condo. The location was perfect with beautiful beach views and fabulous restaurants close by. Owner communication was wonderful and quick. Be aware there is some construction going on at the building at the current time so it got a little loud on the pool deck. We will definitely be back though!

Don’t miss out on this amazing property

We enjoyed our week long vacation at this beautiful beach property! Owner is amazing and responsive! Felt more like staying with family than a strangers condo. Definitely was the get away we needed. Close enough to all the activities and adventures but private enough to have peace and quiet! Thanks for sharing your home!! Would definitely book again.

Summer vacation

Great place to stay!

Perfect location with easy access to the pool and beach! Sitting on the balcony at sunset was the best. Primary bed was sooooooo comfortable. Great communication with the host! We’ve been coming to this area for years, and this was one of our best vacations yet!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! The accommodations worked out well. There were many restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the ice cream shop with 140 flavors. We loved having a place right on the beach. The beach and gulf views were awesome!

Great Location on the gulf

My husband and I spent 2weeks with visitors coming in to stay with us during that time. (Two couples, one family and one friends came at separate times). The second bedroom and bathroom gave us the needed privacy and the living, dining and balcony had plenty of room to be comfortable with 4 adults being in the unit together. Convenient to the pool and beach, shopping and dining out options. The host was quick to answer questions and help us out with anything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

So great

I like that it's all hard floor for allergy reasons. It's a great location with lots to do. The place is well stocked and clean. The hot tub is hot and the pool is heated.

The unit is just as pictured. Large balcony to watch the nightly sunset. Owner was great with communication. Unit was clean. We truly enjoyed our visit and would stay here again!

We loved our experience. No handicap access to the beach which was an issue we worked through. Rented a beach wheelchair and found some nice owners 2-3 blocks away that let Larry access the beach from their building.

Great Stay

The condo was clean and well equipped. The owner also provided a listing of restaurants and such at the start which was helpful. Very peaceful and the balcony view is wonderful. Enjoyed our time greatly.

Perfect Beach Vacation

We really loved our stay here. The location is great, the views are perfect, and the condo is clean and comfortable. The keyless entry is so easy and convenient. They had plenty of beach accessories for use and we didn't have to buy a thing. The sliding door in the main bedroom was a lovely feature! And the ceiling fans on the patio made it comfortable to sit and watch the ocean. I can't wait to go back and will definitely check availability stay here again!

The most beautiful view ever!

Fantastic stay!

We have stayed at Sand Castle 1 for years and this was the best condo yet! Worked really well for our needs/wants and offered spectacular views being higher. Christina was wonderful to work with and had no issues answering my questions. Highly recommend

Wonderful winter getaway

Always love staying n this building when visiting Indian Shores every winter and this unit was no exception. Wonderful views and spectacular sunsets each day helped to chase our winter blues away. Perfect central location, building amenities, and comfort of the unit made our stay enjoyable and feeling like home. Christina was very accommodating and immediately responded to any concerns that we had. We hope to be back again.

Perfect View

Three generations of our family enjoyed a lovely week at this condo. We had everything we needed and any questions we had for the owner were answered quickly and pleasantly. For me, it’s all above sitting on the balcony watching the waves and listening to the sound of the water. That was the deciding factor in choosing this unit and I was thrilled with my experience.

Location location location !

A view of the water and direct access to the beach was our goal and this condo delivered! Neighborhood is wonderful with Caddy’s across the street for music, food and drinks The pillows need a upgrade but maybe I’m spoiled with my feather pillows at home Very very good communication!! * there is a safety issue with the balcony that the owner is aware of and working on. Beware of this if you are bringing children so they know NOT to hang on the railing I only mention this bc as a mother I feel I HAVE to Absolutely would rent here again

Wonderful get away

This was such a wonderful place to stay with our 4 small children for a week at the beach . The view was amazing and so many nice restaurants within walking distance . The owner was very responsive and we appreciated the pack n play and high chair for our little one ! Would love to stay again !
