It's all about Santa Fe in this 2 bedroom condo. Red leather couch, plus a leather easy chair, and lots of throw pillows. The original wooden table and 4 dining chairs for casual dining. plus an extra chair at the desk. The coffee table is original also. Perfect for resting your tired feet at the end of a site seeing day.
Just a couple of blocks to De Vargas Mall. It has grown over the years from a few stores to some of the best stores in Santa Fe. Ross, Starbucks, Market Street (Albertsons), 2 restaurants, excellent shoe shop, bowling alley, and so much more
The Plaza is under 2 miles away. A nice walk with many shops along the route. Just 16 miles to the Santa Fe Ski area and a quick 6 miles to the Santa Fe Opera.
A remodeled kitchen with everything you need to make your stay easy and comfortable.
I like to cook so you'll find pots, pans, bowls, spices, measuring cups/spoons, etc.

This place was beautifully decorated and appointed in the lovely southwestern style. Everything one could ever need in the kitchen, spices, condiments, utensils and small appliances. We came for the opera which was a short drive north, and going south to downtown plaza and RailYard was an easy drive!

Thank you for your very kind remarks. It is a great location and certainly handy for the Opera lovers. If the weather is good (it usually is) I like to park in the DeVasgas Center and then walk to the Plaza. Nice walk and so much to see along the way.

Conveniently located. Safe, free parking. Condo is well equipped, beautifully decorated with a magnificent balcony. Host is friendly and helpful. 2nd year in a row I’ve stayed at the property. Highly recommend.

We have stayed in the condo multiple times. It's always so clean, organized and inviting. We love the view so much. We enjoy walking around in the neighborhood too, and it's a very convenient location to grocery stores. It's always a lovely stay!;

I love my returning visitors and they enjoy the discount. I do have a wonderful housekeeper who takes pride in her work. She has been with me since I first went with VRBO in 2012. The view is what I miss the most when I'm not there. That and the rainbows - so many rainbows whenever it rains. I look forward to your next visit!

Very comfortable, cozy condo. We loved her Sante Fe artsy decor. Love the balcony and view. Easy parking, easy to get to everything from this location. Over and above with stocking everything you need. And Sally is the best, no waiting for a response and full of wonderful suggestions. This will be our spot when we get back to Sante Fe!

I had a great 2 week stay here. The condo was CLEAN, quiet, well equipped and very comfortable. My family was able to come over for dinner on two occasions as well as to relax and chill out. It is very conveniently located and the view of the prairie dog town and Sangre de Christo mountains is ever changing .

My question is; Did you take Taco to the Frank Ortiz 130 acre dog park? So happy to hear you had your family over for dinner. The prairie dogs are forever entertaining. Usually on Sundays the volunteers come to feed them.

Clean and contemporary and very close to large shopping center and downtown. Very nice that the kitchen was well stocked with oils and spices since we like to cook!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Perfect size for 3 solo travelers. We appreciated having all the basics readily available (kitchen items, TP, extra blankets, outdoor chair cushions, etc.) but especially noticed the decor; it was like staying in a model home. Thank you so much to the Host.

Great place with lots of amenities provided. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of items one would need to make a quick meal if needed. Quiet comfortable home. Sally was responsive and provided a few extra items I had requested upon our arrival.Would definitely stay here again.

"I would stay here again" means the world to me. Thank you. The reason the kitchen is so well stocked is because I like to cook. I'll be in SF in April/May so there will items that might be tossed and replaced. I did, finally, replace the range. It was the original - it didn't even have a window to see what I'm burning. I look forward to testing it.

There it is again...location. I'm so glad that the condo is convenient to everything but once again I have to admit I gave no thought to that when I bought it. I'd rented it 3 years in a row and when I learned it was going to be for sale, I bought it. I liked its arrangement and view. Thank you for reviewing it.

Everything was fine. It was decorated nicely and the views are very good. The bedrooms need better lighting.

I will be in Santa Fe in April and I will check the lighting situation in the bedrooms. Thank you for letting me know there is a problem. There are lamps in both rooms, plus individual lights for the beds. Rarely, but it can happen that they disappear or hopefully it is just that the wrong bulbs have been installed.

I purchased 304 when the owner informed me he was going to sell. I'd been visiting Santa Fe for about 3 years and always stayed in 304. It took me seconds to make the decision.
I typically drive to Santa Fe once a year around April/May and spend a month and then in either Sept/Oct or Christmas I'll fly down for a shorter visit. I cannot imagine just visiting once - there is so much to see and do. One of my best times was when I walked from Alameda and St. Francis through neighborhoods and the city taking pictures of Santa Fe 'art'...doors, gates, fences, mailboxes. It's amazing how art permeates every inch of Santa Fe. Don't miss the overpasses and retaining walls on Highway 84/285 going North.
I live in Boise, Id, most of the time, and moved in 1970 from St. Louis. It became home the minute I arrived. When I'm asked 'where did you grow up' my standard reply is 'I grew up in Boise and moved here when I was 30'. It's so true! Santa Fe and Boise are oddly similar in weather and convenience. Boise also has a ski area 16 miles away and great outdoor activities. Put Boise on your list of places to visit.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

My Santa Fe condo is home, it's comfortable and it's convenient! DeVargas Center is just across the highway and has everything you need! Frank Ortiz dog park just up the street. I've spent more time walking around that park without a dog. The world famous Santa Fe Opera and Tesuque are north about 6/7 miles.
I've made 304 home and hope you'll feel the same. If there is something more that you think it needs just let me know.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

My favorite thing about 304 is the balcony and the mountain view. I have seen more rainbows from my balcony in Santa Fe then from any other place I've been in all of my life. The cloud formations that pass over are truly amazing. Oddly, I like the original wood furniture (dining table, coffee table). They are certainly not fancy but sturdy and indestructible.. I'm comfortable putting my feet on the coffee table. I've taken the old dining room chairs and put them on the balcony for extra seating.
