The property is maintained to a hypoallergenic standard. Animals are strictly prohibited, including emotional support animals. To protect the health of all our guests, please adhere to this policy. Any violation will be charged a $250 extra cleaning fee to return the property to a hypoallergenic condition.


THE LOCATION

Just a short 2-minute walk from the beach, this bungalow provides unparalleled access to the refreshing Atlantic. When stomachs start to rumble, walk a few blocks south and refuel on the Cocoa Beach Pier. With restaurants like Rikki Tiki Tavern hovering over the water, guests can feast on fresh seafood as they watch surfers tear up the waves.

Ever dream of seeing sea turtles hatch? Brevard County has the highest sea turtle nest population in the US. Take a night walk on the beach to see sea turtles laying and hatchlings emerge and scamper to the water during the dawn and pre-dawn hours. Turtles begin laying their eggs in May which will hatch in June, July and August! Please follow the white light prohibition when walking at night during hatching season.

Averaging almost one launch per week, the Kennedy launch complex is the busiest space port or earth, launching and returning SpaceX Falcons, United Launch Alliance and Nasa missions. Located just 20 minutes from the property, the Kennedy Space Center is home to a visitor center and museum, interactive space experiences, tours and of course frequent rocket launches. See and hear the launches from the property or walk to the beach for a magnificent view over the water!
