Top floor Ocean View Cocoa Beach Condo at the Spanish Main

Beautifully decorated ocean view condo in the heart of Cocoa Beach.
This gorgeous unit available for daily (2 nights min.), weekly, and monthly rentals. Top Floor unit. 2-bedroom, 2-bath that is fully remodeled. It is very tastefully furnished with pillow top mattresses in the bedrooms and brown Italian Leather sofas in the living room. There are Smart TV's in both the master bedroom and living room. There is a gorgeous view of the ocean and the heated pool from the spacious balcony. The condo has an elevator.

The unit is completed with beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys for the kids, beach chairs and an umbrella. Cable TV, DVD, house phone with unlimited national calling and wireless internet are provided. There is a full washer and dryer in the unit for your use. Your bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, along with everything you and your family need to have fun at the beach! You can walk to Downtown Cocoa Beach, where you can enjoy live music, fishing from the ocean or pier or visit Ron Jon's Famous Surf Shop.

The grounds are spacious and include a large heated pool. Outside near the pool are charcoal grills that are available. The beach walkway has a shower and water hoses to make it easy to rinse off as you come and go on the beach.

The unit is centrally located in Cocoa Beach. Within a short walk, you can enjoy Downtown Cocoa Beach, with its seasonal festivals (surfing Santas), bike and beach rentals, live music, and selection of restaurants. Port Canaveral, the largest cruise ship port in the US, is only 5 miles away. Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World are all an hour away. The Kennedy Space Center is a short 15 minute drive from the unit.

We loved it so much we are going to make this annual stay. Loved all the beach things theyhad ready and the cart. Close to everything and the beach was empty! Couldnt have been a more wonderful stay. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful condo! Great location. Wll stocked with everything you need. Lots of dishes and cookware. Big fluffy towels and lots of beach towels. Beach chairs and umbrella. Excellent condo!

My family had such a relaxing time and didn't want it to end. You can sit out on the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee and watch and listen to the ocean waves roll in. You can walk out and down the boardwalk to the ocean or the pool. If you are adventurous there is all kinds of excursions to do around you we just want to thank the owner for all the memories we made. Hopefully we will be renting again

Great location

We only stayed two nights but we thoroughly enjoyed this property. The unit was spacious and well stocked and had a great pool and ocean view. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful property. The unit was fully furnished. There was even shampoo and body wash. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for access and view to the by each. The lockbox was a little confusing. We had to reenter the code and turn the lock 3 times before it would open. But it really didn’t impact the overall experience. Thank you for maintaining and sharing such a great property.

Cocoa Beach Perfection

This is our third time renting at the Spanish Main, two of which were with this owner. The condo is clean, well stocked in all areas (kitchen, towels, and beach accessories). We’ll definitely be returning. Thanks for a great stay and sharing your wonderful beachfront property with us!

easy to walk to beach, breakfast and more. wifi instructions may need to be updated, but still easy to connect. no mention of what to do with bed sheets (if they should go in washer also), but easy check out process regardless. thanks!

Great Location

We had a slight problem upon check-in, texted the owner & it was solved immediately. It's a very comfortable condo with nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Nice furnishings! It is a great location with a pool or the ocean for swimming. We were even lucky enough to see the brand new baby turtles run for the ocean!

Beach Day!

We wanted a day at the beach after 4 nights in Orlando. This site delivered! Great location to enjoy CoCo beach, steps away. There was everything we needed for the day; umbrella, chairs, floats, boards, towels, a cart to hual it all. The inside of the condo was very comfortable as well. The host was vert easy to communicate with. There was a rocket launch one of the evenings we stayed. It was very exciting!

We come to Cocoa Beach every summer to visit our family. We wanted to try a new condo/location this year. We were extremely happy with our stay and will be booking this condo in the future for our trips. Very close to some of our favorite restaurants. Enjoyed the calmness of the beach area as there is not public access close by so its just the people staying in the condo. The pool was nice to have as well. Check in and out was easy and quick. Host communicated well and ahead of time. Condo had all items we needed for a great trip. Can't wait to return!

Family fun at Cocoa

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Great location, the home is clean and comfortable, pool and property are well kept. The view was wonderful as well. We will stay here again and recommend it.

Beach Weekend

The location is good and we have stayed at the resort several times before. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. We really did not cook anything in the condo but it appeared to have dishes and everything you would need. My only complaints would be the lighting in the condo. All of the lights are very dim and the kitchen lights are really dim you can’t see very good in the during the day and especially at night. The washer is extremely loud but seems to work ok, the bathrooms could use a good scrubbing but we’re adequate, need directions for remotes for televisions it’s a little confusing and the door lock needs to be looked at because we had a hard time getting it to lock when we left the condo each time. Other than that I would recommend this condo rental. Thank you.

Beach Getaway

This property was perfect for our stay with our two granddaughters. We found everything we needed for the beach - from plentiful beach towels to beach chairs and beach toys. Communication with the owner was always prompt. We would stay here again.

Nice place for our short stay

Perfect place for a couple days at the beach. Clean and stocked with the necessary items, very convenient and right on the beach. Loved that there were beach toys and chairs to use too!
