The town landing offers a paved boat launch that many of our guests use to launch their boats. The launch is also a favorite spot to swim with easy access to the ocean. Multiple guests bring their own boats, kayaks, bikes, or hiking equipment to explore Muscongus Bay area. We do make exceptions for an additional guest over two with an increase of rates.
