Walk the DNR trail located next to the home to downtown area and restaurants, or grill at home. Free access to indoor water park 1/2 block away and 2400' of private sandy beach. Home is new and in a quiet secluded setting off of the main road, but within walking distance to downtown. Front and rear porches provide great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors.

Had an amazing time staying here in a nice quiet spot just 1minute from the beach. Would recommend staying here and would today stay again myself!

LOTS of extra towels for the whole house, so that was great! The house was spacious and very comfortable. As with any property, there are a few things that are not quite like your house, but easy enough to roll with and figure out. Location was great and the value was also great. We had a lovely family wedding weekend. Thank you!

The property was pretty clean, spacious and comfortable for a group of ten. Finding the property was pretty frustrating and scary. GPS does not help locating the exact place and had to call the hotel where I picked up the key for additional guidance. Overall, I think it was nice for a short stay.

House definitely needs some major TLC!!! It was very very dirty. Kitchen has limited supplies and all were very worn out. Oven gloves and hot pads were beyond disgusting!!! Beds had grass in it. Floor was very dirty. Socks always black! No soap in most bathrooms and kitchen. No Kleenex or coffee. Outside of house needed much work as well. The couchs were very very uncomfortable!!! Some lights did not work. I don’t think 20 min is walking distance to downtown! To get to house was the most bizarre and rather creepy Positive it was very spacious. Brand new tvs. Waterpark tickets. Could be a very very nice home if it was maintained better. Mattresses were very comfortable.

DJ had our place ready to go. It was clean and had plenty of room. The location was great, however, it is a little tricky to find. Checking out was more difficult as when we went to turn in keys where instructions indicated the place was closed with a sign to go to a different hotel and the guy there didnt seem to know what was going on. The only thing I would suggest is the house needs a toaster. Other than that it was a great stay and would recommend, just allow a little extra time for check in and check out.

It was dirty. Bring Clorox Clean- up spray and a dust mop. It smelled musty. To turn on the stove fan one came away with grease from the buttons. Shower was moldy. I dropped something under the bed and it came out fuzzy from dust bunnies. We left it cleaner than when we arrived. It’s a mile walk to the beach; on the map it appears across the street but in reality you have to walk 1/2 mike on bike trail, cross, then walk back. TV in living room was new but not “hooked up” to anything. It’s too bad because it’s a beautiful home. The good: beds were comfortable. Adequate towels for 4 but we used a lot cleaning. There’s a large table. Couches in the living room were comfortable. It was convenient to one ferry to get to the island.

Do not stay here. Property is not what it seems and shiuld not be a VRBO listing.. Unsafe wiring. Rigged cable not working. Access is uncomfortable drive behind businesses. Shrubs in front and back do not allow you to enjoy sitting outside. Many ceiling lights out that are out of reach to change. Kitchen. Long story short don't use pans, microwave. No kitchen towels. Main level bathroom has broken items. We are going to make a request for refund.

Nice house and a good location, but lacked some of the basic amenities you would expect in the house. As long as you know that going in. It’s a great bargain for the price.

Overall the house is clean and roomy. It has nice high ceilings. Could use more kitchen pans and utensils for cooking. The location is difficult to find, and GPS does not find the accurate address.

I don't know where to start or how to say everything, but this place was disgusting. Thick layers of dust on ceiling fans, light fixtures, headboards, lamp shades, air vents, and everywhere else. Floors were gross to walk on and left the bottom of our feet black or our socks stained. My little baby's hands and legs were black from crawling on the floor. Dirty dishes, used napkins, food in the sink, drawers had coffee and something sticky inside them in the kitchen. When I contacted the host and asked if this place was cleaned before we came, she said yes and sent the housekeeper over to double check. He did clean some areas of dust that was hanging over the beds when we pointed it out to him. My mom, cleaned the countertops which had a black film on them, and she cleaned the food out of the sink. TVs did not work and were not hooked up to any wifi, Pictures on Vrbo do not match the description at all for what we got. Location was awful. You are right next to a laundry service facility and shipping containers. You have to pick up the keys from a different location, and they try to give you directions. The girl that tried to give us directions got her right and left mixed up and we got turned around. Luckily some guy in a forklift helped us and we were able to find the place. 0 out of 10 I would not recommend or stay here again. The place needs a deep cleaning and updates as well as upkeep on the outside.

Such a fun stay and an amazing location for those not wanting neighbors and a short trip into the city. Great for bigger groups and loved we had access to the water park.

The dishwasher didn’t work, I tried to notify our contact, but I wasn’t able to get ahold of them. There is a laundry facility that shares the driveway, and sometimes their trucks block you in. We did enjoy our stay.

Big house with plenty of parking and privacy

The house was secluded so that was a huge plus. Plenty of parking as well if you have multiple cars. Communication with host was lacking until the week of the stay. That aside, very nice stay.

When we checked in property wasn't ready. THE property is owned by Days Inn, very unsanitary,smelled of mold,had to go to Walmart to buy many supplies for our stay. Location is odd by laundry facilities. Quiet location but wouldnt recommend. The waterpark is freezing n in disrepair-very filthy.
