Upscale rental, desired/popular area of The Prominence North. We are located in The Prominence, across the street from "The Big Chill", newest family attraction off 30a. Great location between Alys Beach (2 miles) and Seaside (5 miles), everything accessible by bike or enjoy the golf cart community! Beach access across the street at Deer State Park, about 0.6 miles- has parking for cars, bikes, golf carts( closed for remodel until summer 2022)Free Dedicated Shuttle every 30 minutes, pick up by the pool, great experience for Prominence residents only. Shuttle operates from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Drops off directly on the public beach.

Beautiful townhome in Prominence

The owners of this Prominence 3 bedroom townhome have done an amazing job decorating and maintaining it. We loved the decor. Their home was super clean and comfortable. We enjoyed riding the complimentary bikes around the area (they offer 6 bikes). It was a little chilly so we didn’t get a chance to sit outside but the view from the back deck overlooking the forest is nice too. A lot more privacy than most Prominence units’ back decks offer. The owners are very easy to communicate with and gave us lots of helpful tips. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Awesome Birthday Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed this beach house and the convenience of the location. The house was nice, pool was enjoyable and the beach was a short golf cart ride away. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property to others!

Great vacation house

Great setup, great location. We rented the golf cart from owners, and it was a big help with getting to beach access. House well equipped inside and with beach equipment. Very convenient to the Hub with golf cart or bike and restaurants not far in either direction with a car. Good communication from owners for any questions.

Great stay!

Very nice and comfortable environment all around! Clean and abundant room for family stay. We felt safe and warm and had plenty of close by dining and entertainment.

Brand new

Everything was brand new and the decor was beautiful. The owners were very nice and kept us informed. The patio was huge and backed up to the woods. The bikes were appreciated. We rented a golf cart to get around between pool, beach, and Hub. Kitchen was supplied well. Maybe need a pasta strainer but we made due. Thanks for having board games available for rainy days. Overall just beautiful!

A beautiful condo with great managers!

Hi! We came there for a Family Reunion & it was such a great place! We had not been to that area before and the beach was magnificent! I wish the beach area for the Prominence was closer and more defined on how to get to a public beach. The condo was exactly like the pictures and very clean & bright. We did use the beach chairs but not those beautiful bikes, which was my only regret. (Not using those Bikes) It was a magical vacation! Thank YOU Megan & Celeste

Pleasing Prominence

Beautiful Townhome with all new, modern furnishings! It was equipped with every thing we could need. We especially enjoyed the bikes, and the location was more than ideal allowing us to bike to multiple beach towns in each direction. Also, Megan and Celeste were amazing hosts with the most excellent communication!
