This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom town home is brand new with the finest upgrades available. This stunning two story townhome is equipped with flat screen televisions, stainless steel appliances, a 6 seat golf cart, and bikes and beach chairs for the family. This location is perfect for those looking to relax but still enjoy their vacation to the fullest. With a king bed in the master, two full size beds in the secondary room, and a comfortable sleeper sofa, there is plenty of room to fit your whole group!

When you're ready for someone else to cook a meal for you, to listen to live music, or to do a little shopping, walk across the street to The Big Chill --which is the newest location for fun along 30A. The Big Chill has a full stage, grassy area with chairs and sofas to watch live music, numerous eatery spots from ice cream to BBQ, and spots for a little shopping as well.

Great stay overall. We really enjoyed our time here. The home was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for everything we needed. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby shops and the beach. The golf cart and community pool were nice added perks. Would definitely stay again!

We had a relaxing and fun stay at this property. The house was very clean and provided a lot of beach toys our kids had a blast with!

We loved our stay! We’ll definitely be back. Perfect location in proximity to so much. We came in March when the weather can be hit or miss on how warm it is so we wanted to be close to things to do other than the beach and this definitely is. We spent most of our time at The Big Chill which was perfect for families (came with our toddlers). The golf cart was a nice touch and made it easy to get around. The only hiccups we had were the door code not working when we checked in but when I called management they answered right away (at 11pm) and quickly gave us a new code, and the Keurig stopped working but the next day someone dropped off a new one. Any questions I had the text responses were very prompt. Highly recommend for families!

Beautiful area to stay in, it was our first time visiting! The home was beautiful and the big golf cart was an added plus my twins loved it

We absolutely loved this place ! The decor, the beds were so comfortable, everything you could need to cook etc. The golf cart and bikes were the BEST! We hope to make this a family tradition.

Wonderful stay

The rental is very nice and was clean and we felt right at home. The community is so great for families with the option to walk across to the HUB and the bikes at the property are such a nice touch! The pool was crowded but great for kids. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Beautiful 30A Vacation

Great property along 30A with short drives to Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Conveniently located across the street to the Hub. Close beach access and golf cart was a must! Fantastic place for our family of 5 to celebrate the 4th of July!

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our time here. Brought three teenage girls and our 2 year old son. Everyone had a blast and the golf cart was fun to cruise up and down 30A

Great place to stay!!

We had a great time during our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone! The convenience of the Big Chill shops and restaurants right across the street was awesome! The neighborhood pool was big and a lot of fun. The beach access was half a mile or so away, but just a quick scoot down and you're there. We had a great experience here and look forward to coming back!

The property had everything we needed and was very clean. The previous comments regarding the dryer are accurate, but that wouldn’t prevent us from staying again

We absolutely loved this place. Perfect location with easy access to The Hub. Amenities were exactly what we needed. Pool was pristine. Beaches are gorgeous. Would highly recommend to stay here. We will be back!
