Most Primo Spot on Lanier - Family Fun & Location, Location, Location!

Tucked in to a cove just a 5 minute boat ride to Gainesville Marina and minutes by car to all the conveniences of groceries and restaurants in downtown Gainesville is this quiet and majestic 3-acre lake property. A blessing for families who desire a place to escape and get away. Guests have plenty parking including boat trailer storage and will stay on the terrace level where every room has beautiful views of Lake Lanier. Just off the patio is a fire pit and a hot tub for your use. Your reserved boat slip is just a short gradual walk off the back porch.

To be clear, my wife and I live on the upper floor and guest stay in the private terrace below that has a separate driveway, entrance, patio fire pit, outdoor griddle and hot tub ... all within view and a short easy walk to the lake.

The lake view is gorgeous with an amazing boat dock. Perfect place for swimming, sunbathing, fishing and relaxing. The hosts are easy to communicate with and very personable. The property has a secluded feel, yet it is close to dining, shopping and entertainment.

We had a fantastic stay! The hosts were wonderful, the accommodations were better than expected, and the lake access was perfect. Our teens absolutely loved playing in the water and jumping off the dock. I loved the ambiance of watching the sunset from the top of the dock. All around wonderful stay for our family and we plan on returning in the future!

This place was everything we wanted it to be. Beautiful view, very clean, great amenities. Close to local stores and restaurants. Highly recommend. The owners were very nice and always available to answer questions. Spacious and comfortable!

I want to thank Mark and Claudia. I met Mark and enjoyed our talk and I know Claudia decorate our private apartment like cottage. It’s was beautiful We brought our two dogs they got to swim. They are dog lovers. We plan on staying here every time we stay at Lake Lanier. It was relaxing. It’s a must stay if you are staying at Lake Lanier.

Wonderful Vacation Property

Great location on the lake. Close to shopping and restaurants. Property was as described, clean and well equipped with everything my family needed for vacation. Highly recommend!

Location & views

We thought this location was perfect and the view of the lake was nice. I would have given it five stars if the beds would have been comfortable, but we couldn’t sleep well and the pillows weren’t great either. Other than that, it was a cozy place.

Beautiful, quiet property on the lake

The property was clean, relaxing inside and out and the hosts were super friendly (we got to chat a bit with Mark) - so welcoming. Thank you for a great place to stay, relax and visit with our family while in town for a graduation at RMA. It made our trip even better!!

Quiet retreat

I was in town for business and it was amazing to wake up with a lake view every morning! My friend was able to bring her two small dogs and we loved it. The owners were lovely and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Beautiful location!

Wonderful location! Pictures do not do the property justice! We weren't at the house too much, as we were there for the Formula Drift races, but would definitely love to come back and spend time on the lake!

Great reunion with friends and family

Was able to get this at the last minute to get the class of 2022 together before all went off to college again. Great time on the lake. Love this place.

Great stay at Lake Lanier

Everything you could need was at rental. Loved being right on the lake. Deck on top of dock with loungers is a nice place to catch some sun. Appreciated having amenities such as hot tub and fire pit. Great location close to groceries and restaurants.

Friendly family get away!

Comfortable get away for a week or a weekend. We came in July. Insanely hot but thw bass were still active. Loads of fun on the water and the host family was fantastic! Tha ks again!
