Relax in elegant comfort in our brand new, 3 BR 2 bath home with lots of luxury touches on our 10 acre property along the north end of Lake Lanier. One bedroom on first floor with queen bed. Two bedrooms upstairs - one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. Two story family room includes a gas fireplace and queen sofa bed. Kitchen includes high end cabinets and applicances, espresso machine and Keurig coffee maker. Washer and dryer in bathroom on first floor. Walk thru our wooded property to reach our dock.

Place was clean. Host was excellent. We arrived late the first night and host set it up so easy we transitioned in and to bed with ease. Family had a great time and house had everything we needed. Thanks Paul!!

Beautiful home! The fire pit was perfect as was the fireplace indoors. We had gorgeous, chilly nights. The house is stocked to perfection. Everything was really lovely. Would highly recommend!

The property was fantastic. The host was so accommodating with a last minute addition of our dogs. All the little touches we appreciated like laundry detergent and chocolates on the pillows. We cooked Easter dinner and the kitchen was so well stocked we didn't need any of the cooking implements we brought! It is a lovely neighborhood to walk in but be ready for hills ha ha. Great trip

This home was the absolute best one we have been to. It felt warm and cozy, spotless clean, comfy beds and amazing kitchen fully stocked. Thank you for allowing my family to stay while traveling from out of state. Highly recommended.

The home was in excellent condition, very clean. Everything we needed was there. We were snowed in, but the home was super cozy. The fireplace was a nice addition to the cozy feel. The host checked in via message to ensure no problems from the snow storm.

We enjoyed the fully furnished open kitchen. The fire pit was really nice. The bedrooms with the open shower were really nice. The washer and dryer was very useful. We enjoyed the walk down to Lake Lanier. Very peaceful!!!!

Christmas in Gainesville to see family. This home is beautiful and the Christmas decorations were great! I wish the weather had been colder so we could have used rhe fireplace more. The host was great with communication. Would recommend.

This is a very nice property. Loved the deer and wildlife in the area. The walk to the dock is nice and scenic. It helped get my steps in for the morning.

Wedding Weekend

We were in town for a wedding; the lake area was nice and having acreage to roam with the dog was even better. Away from the hustle and bustle but not too far from restaurants and shopping. Very relaxing weekend!
