The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, great walk in and direct access to the pool.

Second bedroom one has a queen size bed and the third has a double bed with a single bed above.

Beautiful kitchen with hardwood cabinet and large granite counter top with all new stainless steel appliances.

Double living room with leather furniture and all electronic devices for internet and television entertainment. Second living room has a pull out queen bed.

Large private screened pool with a garden table and barbecue.
The pool is fenced in to ensure the safety of children.

Situated on salt water canal with direct access to Lemon Bay and the Gulf- with private dock and 10,000 lb. boat lift and a boat shed.

Property was perfect for our family vacation. House is stocked with many essentials including a high chair and pack n play. We loved seeing the manatees off the dock and my boys caught several fish.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Pool was nice and big, house was spacious and nice. Very well equipped with all of the stuff that we needed. Plenty of nice towels, clean linen are just some of the things that make you feel like you’re at home. Contacting owner was really easy, fast responding to my messages. Also house was in the nice and quiet neighborhood and really close to the several beaches. We loved the house and will definitely be looking forward to book it again.

Kids enjoyed swimming and a little fishing off the back dock. Neighbors were very friendly with the kids. Property was as advertised and what we signed up for. The listing individual was easy to work with and very responsive.

The house was great! The boat ride to the bay is calm and beautiful! The pool was cool and refreshing. The owners were very responsive! We will be back!!

Great time!

We loved the clean home, pool, and easy/quick drive to the beach! Would love to stay here again. And- very well equipped kitchen!

Amazing, Clean, and Cozy House

We really enjoyed our stay in the house, it was very cozy, clean, and everything that is needed for a great vacation was provided! The pool was very nice and clean, and the house was only 5 minutes away from the beach! Extremely satisfied with the stay!

Fun family stay!

Great place! Spacious for our family of four! Loved the outdoor pool space with the view of the canal. We even got to see a couple of manatees swimming by!!! Easy drive to Venice and Sarasota. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Excellent vacation property

This was our second time renting this home and it won’t be the last. Great location for us since my FIL lives right around the corner. Very clean and well stocked with everything your need and very responsive owners. Thanks for a great stay again!!

Perfect Get Away

We had a most enjoyable time at your vacation home. It was perfect for exploring with our kayak, swimming in the pool, walking Manasota Beach, cooking in your well-equipped kitchen, eating our meals on the lanai. Hope to rent your lovely place again.

Great place for a family getaway

We enjoyed our time in the clean and well equipped house. It’s located in a nice neighborhood and is only 5 minutes from the beach. It was nice to relax by the pool after a long day. We even saw a manatee in the canal behind the house. Highly recommend this to a family getaway!

Vacation House

The house is about 15 minutes to the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Has a pool and is very well stocked with almost anything you want. On a canal that had a manatee that visited daily. Would highly recommend and hopefully will get to go back.
