The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, great walk in and direct access to the pool.

Second bedroom one has a queen size bed and the third has a double bed with a single bed above.

Beautiful kitchen with hardwood cabinet and large granite counter top with all new stainless steel appliances.

Double living room with leather furniture and all electronic devices for internet and television entertainment. Second living room has a pull out queen bed.

Large private screened pool with a garden table and barbecue.
The pool is fenced in to ensure the safety of children.

Situated on salt water canal with direct access to Lemon Bay and the Gulf- with private dock and 10,000 lb. boat lift and a boat shed.

The house was great! The boat ride to the bay is calm and beautiful! The pool was cool and refreshing. The owners were very responsive! We will be back!!

Perfect Christmas Stay

This home is absolutely perfect for comfort, fun and entertaining. We were in town with family members and it's the perfect place for entertaining dinner with the fam while your kiddos swim! We had a few questions right off the bat and the owner is so quick to reply and beyond kind. The neighbors are 10 out of 10! They were so very nice to our young children and helpful if we had any questions about the area. If we are ever in need of another stay in the area, this will be our place!

Great location

Our family loved how close we were to the beach, 8 minute car ride, and the pool with a view of the canal was great. The pool screen needs some TLC so bug bites were a issue but we managed and the fountain in the pictures of the pool is no longer there which was dissappointing to the kids for a few minutes and then forgotten when they got in the pool and started playing :) House was well stocked and neighbors were nice. We had a very nice time, thanks for sharing your home.

Amazing, Clean, and Cozy House

We really enjoyed our stay in the house, it was very cozy, clean, and everything that is needed for a great vacation was provided! The pool was very nice and clean, and the house was only 5 minutes away from the beach! Extremely satisfied with the stay!

Vacation House

The house is about 15 minutes to the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Has a pool and is very well stocked with almost anything you want. On a canal that had a manatee that visited daily. Would highly recommend and hopefully will get to go back.

Great Location

Thank you to Robert and Nancy for sharing their lovely home with us. It is located very close to the Manasota Key beaches that we enjoy. The home has easy access with a code so there is no trying to keep up with a key. We found everything in the home and pool to be clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating inside and out. There were also nice extras available, like pool floats and beach chairs. The neighbors were friendly, and as a group of all women, we felt safe in the neighborhood.

Great place for a family getaway

We enjoyed our time in the clean and well equipped house. It’s located in a nice neighborhood and is only 5 minutes from the beach. It was nice to relax by the pool after a long day. We even saw a manatee in the canal behind the house. Highly recommend this to a family getaway!

The house was perfect. The location was perfect. The neighbor was not the friendliest person but that’s ok. The house had everything you need. I hope to stay there again next year!

Some good and some things to be improved on.

The property itself is a beautiful home. Nice location, dock and perfect pool. Many items in the home need upgrades or replacement. Broken chairs, one of which broke under me causing me to fall. From the drawers in the bunkbed to the multiple cracked mugs, not to mention the blinds that fall when you open them...we really encourage the owner to do a walk through and replace/repair some things. The person responsible for the property had left the fridge off for 2 days before our arrival so at check in i had to clean up the food and melted items. Owner did offer apologies. The house also could use a good deep cleaning as when i dropped my phone between the cushions i encountered a buffet of crackers and snacks under it when moved. The bathroom drawers had hair in them, used band aids in the shower, stained bedroom curtains....all things id expect taken care of with the cleaning fee we paid. The listing also states its stocked but that is very limited, so prepare on buying toilet paper and paper towels. Much of the beach equipment also needs replacement or repair. Being honest here so the next guests have a better overall experience. With those issues resolved i would rate the stay much better. Communication was good with owner but i eventually stopped myself from mentioning the issues because they added up. Please update pictures also to reflect pool changes and paint color in home.

Loved our stay!! Well stocked home with everything our family needed and more! Beautiful location and close to our favorite beaches! Bob and Nancy are helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Saw manatees in the canal!! Thank you for sharing your home!!

First VRBO and was a huge Winner!

Lovely winter

This was our second stay. The property is clean and well equipped, 5 minutes from beaches, 15 minutes to Venice. Great restaurants nearby. The owner and property manager are very helpful and responsive. We'll be back next year.

Englewood Villa, with large pool, and good location.

After the devastation of Hurricane Ian we were concerned with booking anything in Florida but we did not need to worry. Bob's communication from the start was brilliant, and he helped with the extra's we requested such as kayaks which enable us to really enjoy the area. The next door neighbour Dave was just as helpful, such as providing a pump for the bikes. Location was great, the beach a short drive away, it was just a shame that red tide was about so it was walking on the beach only. The property itself was clean and tidy, our only comment is that the towels/bed linen needs to be updated but that is only a minor thing. Also a comment book in the property as it's always nice to have other peoples recommendations on what to do and where to go.
