This condo was clean and has great views! It’s so quiet and peaceful! Marcy was great with communication and she’s so nice! Will definitely be staying here again if I’m in the PCB area!

Marcy never disappoints. Her condo's are always clean with everything you need to enjoy yourself. The condo was modern with great appliances. Bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen equipped with everything you need from morning coffee to fixing a wholesome dinner. If there is a problem (which I never had), Marcy is just a phone call away.

This place feels like home. It's clean and well organized. The views are amazing. The owner Marcy was great to work with always available to answer any questions. Marcy also left me a special Birthday message on the chalkboard. We will definitely book this condo again.

Relaxing Stay

Great condo

Condo was cute and well stocked. The area was great for a family vacation. Beach wasn't too packed and it's a quick elevator ride and a few steps to the sandy beach

Awesome little condo.

Marcy was very helpful and answered all questions and concerns. Will definitely stay here again. Very nice condo and centrally located to everything you need at the beach.

Excellent

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The owner worked with us to accommodate our schedule, the condo was super clean and updated, had beautiful views and beach access. We absolutely loved the balcony. We spent so much time out there with our puppy! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

This property was perfect! The view amazing, the condo was fully stocked with anything we could need and the walk to the beach was short and perfect for the little one! Definitely coming back!

Best vacation ever !

The condo was wonderful! Very clean, beach front, and close to everything we needed . This side of PCB wasn’t packed and was PERFECT!!! We are booking for next year !!!

Love the location and this area of the beach.

This location is what we loved most about this condo. The condo was nicely updated and had all the things we needed. Bathrooms are a bit small but served their purpose. Would definitely recommend to friends and would stay again.

Unit is very nice and exceptionally well appointed. Marcy (the owner) is a doll, super nice to deal with! This building is on St. Thomas drive which gets you away from the hub-bub that happens in the evenings on Front Beach Drive, less noise and less traffic on St. Thomas end. For us, this is a huge plus.The property charges (not the owner) 150 per pet which I thought was excessive considering the pet park was so far away from the main building and not fenced to let your puppy run around a bit but don't let that deter from staying here. Everything else makes up for it! :-) This is an overall exceptional place to stay in PCB!

Third time staying. Clean comfortable with some upgrades this time around. Great location on the beach with an awesome view. Will return soon.
