Ocean City 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo with Living room, dining room combo, a full galley kitchen, washer & dryer. Bedroom Queen bed sleeps 2, Pull out couch queen sheets needed sleeps 2 more people & there is a fold up roll away bed that can sleep 1 person. I also have a blow up mattress. Balcony at the entrance & off the bedroom. Central Air conditioning, cable, WI-FI, TV with DVD player and ROKU. Microwave, dishes, plates, silverware, glassware, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, pots pans, pillows, top covers provided.
50 steps to the beach, ocean side, across the street from the Convention center. Located on 7 40th Steet. NO PETS, No Smoking in the unit. Can smoke on the balconies. Front and back balcony.
Parking space is right near the stairs for easy unpacking! Everything you need to make your vacation complete!

Winter rental

Great stay. Musty odor from vents only concern as it flared our allergies. Otherwise, condo was clean. We appreciated the extra blankets and later check out!

Great vacation property

My fiancé and I stayed here for Valentine's Day weekend. The place was very comfy and relaxing. It was a great space for the two of us and we had a wonderful time. Location is good with lots of things nearby.

Wonderful stay

Went for an overnight stay and this place was perfect. Everything from the location which was right on the beach to the cleanliness, comfort of bed and loved the decor. The communication with the host Jen was great as well! I will definitely book here again. Thanks again!

Right across from the convention center. Very comfortable interior. The downsize was a parking spot, but there was parking out on the street.

Country calling

We stayed here for just two nights for a music festival and it was perfect. Everything we needed for a nice weekend away. Really nice being so close to the ocean.

Perfect little spot

This is our second time staying at this condo. It’s a perfect location. Short walk to the beach, restaurant's, ice cream, etc. The condo is just as pictured and is just the right amount of space for our family of 4, the kids used the pull out couch. Lastly, the stairs leading up to the 2nd floor are minimal and easy to carry up luggage.

Fantastic

This condo is super clean. I’m that person that travels with Chlorox wipes and will wipe down everything before my family is settled in. I didn’t feel the need to do this here! And that’s saying a lot about its cleanliness. The parking spot is not bad. We have a Honda Pilot SUV and my husband had no problems with parking. We just made sure that everyone hops out before he parks , to prevent the door from hitting the wall. The kids have the tendency to swing their door wide open! Location to the beach is a 10. They also have a short water hose at the unit, right before going up the stairs to the condo! We didn’t cook so we didn’t use the kitchen at all. But for those that want to cook, literally , everything you need is there. The bed is super comfortable. We brought our own pillows so I can’t comment on the provided pillows. As for the host, she is super friendly and very responsive! Don’t hesitate to book this condo.

Wonderful Place To Stay

The condo was beautiful and cozy. It was just the right size for 2 adults. It may be a bit away from the boardwalk but we didn’t mind because the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I like the convenience of catching public transportation to and from the stores and boardwalk. We look forward to staying at this property again. Thank you Jen for a wonderful experience.

Loved the location and covered parking. Walked to many great restaurants and boardwalk. Condo was comfortable but could have been cleaner. TV in bedroom had volume issues that were never resolved.

Another wonderful stay

This is our second trip to my kids “home away from home”. Jen is wonderful. Place is up to date, modern, clean as can be. Location is “A” number 1. It’s a one bedroom condo with great neighbors, fantastic location, good parking. Look at the reviews, it’s not a 10/10 for nothing. Weather was good, water warm, just another great kickoff to the summer. Thanks Jen!!!

Great stay!

Great stay! Check in and check out process was super easy! Place was very clean and comfortable. Only complaint is noise from floor above room. They were constantly banging around on floor and where very loud talking an carrying on. Loved the beach location in front of place! Would stay again in future!

Perfect weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our long weekend stay here! Very short walk to the beach and a short drive to the Boardwalk. We also walked to the 45th Street Taphouse and there were several other restaurants within walking distance. The condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. We appreciated that the kitchen had done basic supplies (spices, olive oil, etc…) We decided to cook a couple meals in and that was definitely helpful. We also played a couple of the games available. While the parking spot is super convenient, we struggled at first to park/ fit our car in that angle but after a little practice, we were parking like champs! Overall everything was better than anticipated and we hope to stay there again!

Comic-con

We stayed here for the local comic-con. It was the perfect location because the Roland E. Powell Convention Center was directly across the street. The place itself was clean and comfortable.

Born and raised in Maryland. Growing up our family vacations were Ocean City every summer with family. I have great memories from childhood of this beautiful city. There is so much to do. Mini golfing, visiting the boardwalk for rides and the arcade are among my favorites. I enjoy taking walks when I visit and love the local restaurants!

I put a lot of love into renovating this home so that you can enjoy it. I have games & coloring books for the little ones that visit. The condo is located across from the Convention Center so is a great for families that have kids in sports or Cheerleading to stay for their competitions. We are not too far from the boardwalk. It's a quick ride! And the restaurants are amazing near by! Close to Jolly Rogers amusement park, about 9 streets away from Seacrets and other local bars/restaurants! I think you will enjoy your stay!
