Detached Garage Apartment With Private Entrance, Hi Speed FIOS, Safe Location

For one person. No exceptions to our one person policy.

Our Apartment is short term housing for people moving into Washington DC area, or in transition to a new job or in the DC area, or for a temporary job assignment, interns and students welcome.

We are in the metro DC metro area but off the beaten path on a private road in a wooded area situated on 5 acres. Please review pictures carefully.

The apartment has one queen bed, small bath and kitchen, high speed internet, heating and air conditioning. Total square footage is around 300 square feet.

Ideal for people moving into Washington DC area, or in transition to a new job, or for students and interns. Our rental includes quiet location with privacy, safety, reliable high speed Verizon FIOS internet, convenient parking for one vehicle at no extra charge, individual control of heating and air conditioning with utilities included and a private entrance. There a no extra charges. Everything is included in your rental price.

Renter will need their own transportation to Metro or other locations. 15 minutes from Vienna Metro station. 10-15 Minutes to Dulles Airport. 25 minutes to Fairfax Hospital. 30 Minutes to downtown DC during off rush-hour times.

Ample parking space for one car only to the side of the garage. No parking in garage or access to the garage area. Apartment is in a detached garage from our main house providing privacy for the renter. Windows in back facing woods.

We do not make appointments to show the apartment prior to rental. The pictures, description, and reviews should be all you need in order to decide to rent or not to rent. We do not negotiate addition discounts.

The discounts we offer are already calculated by VRBO when you enter your dates. Please do not request additional discounts.

Great garage apartment

Super cute, cozy, quiet and safe garage apartment with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Located in a very nice part of Vienna, Virginia. We hope to stay here again very soon!

Great Stay

Just what I needed. Private, all amenities (including kitchen/fridge/washer/dryer), quiet. Access to W&OD trail. I hope I can stay here again. Thank you very much!

Perfect transition place

This garage apartment was the perfect stay for me while I was looking for a permanent residence. Glen has everything available for your stay (even snow shovel/salt right outside the door if you stay in the winter). Internet was fast. I had good cell phone coverage (T-Mobile) and didn't need to use the cell extender that is available. Private roads to the property are small for two-way traffic getting in and out, but there's very little traffic on the roads leading in/out, and it was easy to navigate when there was another vehicle coming the other way. Very very very private. Small mailbox near the stairs they will put your mail in if you get any while you stay there. A very enthusiastic 5-stars for Glen and his property.

I love this place. It has been perfect for me. Close to my new job. Its very close to shopping, but in a small patch of woods with deer, fox, and lots of birds. I would love to have a place like this for myself...

Very nice accommodations. I feel like I am in a rural location, in the woods, with deer and fox coming to visit almost every day, yet I am only a couple of minutes from shopping restaurants, and city features. I love this place.
