Really great place to stay with a great location, a very nicely appointed apartment and the host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Within walking distance of good restaurants, shopping and the Metro.

Really a nice place with lots of thoughtful extras for the guests. Spotless, lots of extra intentional things to make the guests comfortable. Excellent design of the space with plenty of storage.

Wonderful location. Walking distance to AU was perfect to stretch our legs and get a taste of the neighborhood. Easy walk to the Metro and shops providing some diversity. Everything we needed.

This 1BR apartment was great. Very comfortable and clean. Great amenities. The hosts were very friendly and communicative. It’s located in a wonderful NW Washington neighborhood that is beautiful to stroll in and close to Tenleytown restaurants and Metro.

Outstanding communication by our host was the first sign this was going to be a great choice. It was particularly convenient to American University, which was our goal. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The unit was stocked with snacks and things to make our stay comfortable. Perfect for two people, but also had pull out couch in living room, which we used for sleeping and that was easy. Would definitely stay again.

The stay was outstanding! The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. We are also grateful for the gracious owner who went out of her way to ensure we were enjoying our time. We'd definitely come back to this beautiful apartment in your amazing city!

Nadyia and David are wonderful hosts who go the extra mile. The location of this space is so great. The property is warm and welcoming where you can enjoy coffee outside or do a little work at the dedicated work statio inside. The Metro station, Target and Whole Foods are just up the street on Wisconsin-you couldn't ask for a better location or nicer hosts.

This is a wonderful property that is well appointed with everything you may need. The host (Nadiya) quickly replies to any questions. I felt very safe walking to and from the train station. Lovely neighborhood! Would not hesitate to book again!

Prime location near Red line, beautiful modern apartment with everything you could need. Very thoughtful host who was easy to communicate with, checking in multiple times to make sure our stay was comfortable. Whole Foods nearby along with many tasty restaurants. Coffee Nature had great cold brew during our stay but sadly not open on Sundays! Very spacious apartment and impeccably clean. Would stay here again!

Friendship Heights basement apartment

A well located, small basement apartment, good for those who want suburban DC or an easy one-line metro commute to the sights. The apartment was quite clean, well decorated.

This is a comfortable, clean and spacious home. There were many extras provided (snacks, water, toiletries and a luxurious bath robe) that were greatly appreciated. There was a minor miscommunication but it was resolved almost immediately and without any issue. Highly recommend.

I will return. It's exactly as described and shown in the photos. Great location, comfortable, super clean, plenty of parking, near public transit, walking distance to great food. Nadiya is a five star host. Always available and provides clear written information about the suite once you book and arrive.
