Being located only minutes away from local shops and great restaurants makes this property very enjoyable. Great week of weather and an awesome beach.

These units and their balconies are massive. Our 1 year old twins had a blast and were safe and secure.Really appreciate letting us cancel our original booking and moving it a couple months for us.

Great place and value

Great location right on the beach

Nice central location on the island, right on the beach. Everyone agreed that the balcony overlooking the beach was fantastic, and bigger than we expected. Had some great views of sunrise and easy access to the beach.

I loved the beachfront patio. Clean condo. Great location but parking was rough; very small. The check in person was not very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Father & Son Get Away

My son and I stayed here In July and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! The place met our expectations and will keep it on our list for the next visit. Directly on the beach, clean , all the amenities ,great view, parking garage , outstanding sunrises !!

Family vacation

Our second time staying at this property, nice to see couch updates. Love the close proximity to beach and great views! Beds/mattresses could be more comfortable but overall great value. We had spectacular sunrises last year, unfortunately this year was a bit cloudy but trust me the views don’t disappoint.

Wonderful beach condo

The Inverness Condos are a great place to stay. The building appears to be somewhat old but very clean and plenty of close parking. The inside of the apartments appeared to have been updated recently and were really nice. The only thing that I felt needed an upgrade were the beds themselves-not super comfortable and not enough pillows.

Family vacation

My 2 girls and my bf stayed for 3 nights, and let me tell you it was AMAZING. Our room was BEAUTIFUL, very clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of 4. My girls said they wanted to live there forever 😂 the location is absolutely perfect and we loved being able to go on the beach whenever we wanted because it was basically the back yard. The pics did not do it justice because it was so much more beautiful than we expected. We will definitely choose to stay there again, the staff was super friendly, and the other guests were also friendly. It was the most perfect vacation we ever had.

Beautiful view

This is a nice small unit with a wonderful view of the ocean in an older building with work being done on it the whole time we were there. During our 5 week stay the elevator did not work for 3 days and that was not pleasant but overall the place is nice. The kitchen has very limited supplies for someone who likes to cook a lot but is fine for a vacation place.

Nice location

Wonderful views from the balcony! Condo was extremely well cleaned on our arrival. It’s an older building that needs some maintenance but it did not effect our stay. Repair of the second hot tub would have made access easier. It doesn’t look like it will be repaired soon if ever. We enjoyed our stay. The beach was not crowded. Quick communication response from owner is appreciated. Smooth check in. Would recommend this condo!

quick getaway

The property was clean , but was very limited on amenities. Had very little dishes and appliances/ no cocktail or wine glasses. No rugs for entry way or bathroom . There was sand all over the all tile floor, and we hadn't been to the beach yet. We had to put towels down beside the bed to rub the sand off of our feet before crawling into bed .The cable went out after the 1st night. The front desk said they could not help us because it was a privately owned unit. The manager on the property listing didn't return our calls or texts for 2 days and the text they finally did sent was to contact the front desk??? We called a friend who works at the cable company and he walked us through how to reset the system. .........

Outstanding Balcony, but...

First off, the communication with the owner was excellent; and when I made a complaint about the poor quality mattress, the front desk replied promptly and switched out my mattress. However, all three mattresses in the rooms felt like lying on springs. They should not be kept under any circumstances. There was no room number given when I paid for the condo, so what you see in the pics will most likely not be the room. That was my fault, but a fair warning to others who also might not have paid attention. Even if they all look similar, the 3rd floor versus another floor makes a difference. Also, in each room you could hear the pipe flow from other rooms in the building (a flushing sound, nothing disgusting, but water flowing nonetheless). Lastly, on our final night there appeared two Texas-sized roaches in the kitchen who did not seem to care about the lights and our presence (our rooms were kept moderately clean; yes, some food was out on the table as we had just finished eating earlier, but I have stayed in several places on the Island with the same cleaning habits and have never seen a roach). I would not recommend. There are other owners and rooms at the Inverness which could provide better and updated beds and furniture.

The view was Spectacular!!!

It was in the process of upgrading the rooms with new furniture, the beds were very comfortable and clean. Had everything you need to cook with, which was nice. We had a great time!! Thank you :)

Go for the view

You really are right on the beach and we woke up every morning just to see the sunrise from our balcony - it was a perfect beach getaway for us! Be prepared for the elevator to be crazy slow - the stairs and the pool are near the door though, so we didn't mind and only really used it for checkin/checkout!
