Morning sunrise over the beach and evening sunset over the bay!! These two views are yours to enjoy while being our guest at our beach front home located in sunny South Padre Island. Our condo is located on the 10th floor of the pristine ocean front tower named Ocean Vista Tower. Let the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico greet you as you open the door to our condo. Relax and admire the wall to wall ocean views from the open concept living room or from the king size bed in the master bedroom. Enjoy the ocean breeze and the soothing sounds of ocean waves from the private ocean front 12 foot balcony. Relax in our newly remodeled condo featuring a modern beach chic style. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed and a flat screen television. Enjoy an attached private master bathroom suite featuring double door entry, double sink vanity with quartz counter, spacious closet and edge-less glass shower doors. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, a flat screen television and plantation wood window shutters to provide privacy or to open up and enjoy views of the Laguna Madre Bay. The second bedroom has private access to the guest bathroom. Our condo features a spacious and fully supplied kitchen with stainless steal appliances, quartz counter tops, farmhouse sink, and pantry. We also have a full-size washer and dryer and flat screen television in the living room. Numerous in room amenities are included such as free wireless internet and cable tv with HBO. Included property amenities include a hot tub, 2 pools, boardwalk to the beach, exercise room, palapa area, children's playscape, tennis court, basketball ring and gated private parking have been provided for your enjoyment.

The place had a beautiful view and was very close to the beach. However, the facilities would benefit from some modernization. It’s a bit old, but still charming.

The view is spectacular. Grocery store walking distance is great. Restaurants and music walkable to the bay. They have a local transportation calked the Wave which is great and no cost. Do wish that on the balcony there were more chairs . Would be nice if they had a couple available to take to beach. We bought and left one. Woujd go again .

Great Stay for the Beach

Lovely beach front condo. So convenient for long days on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Assortment of beach items to use, which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

The location is great! The condo is cute and so easy to walk to the beach. Check in was incredibly easy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

Perfect area to stay. A few blocks from the entertainment district. 2 blocks from the grocery store. Many bars, food and live entertainment all within walking distance. Beach right outside your door. If you decide you don’t want to walk, there are many places to rent a golf cart.

Anniversary vacation

The property was as described, and the location was fantastic. The beach was very easily accessed. Within walking distance were: a grocery store; several good restaurants; and many bars with good live music.

Great location! Had a great view of sunset on bay side right out the front door. The patio was perfect to always have a great view on the gulf side!

2 weeks in paradise

condo was great! went sailing birthday celebration found great food, Viva a new restaurant! ate a lot of fish drove on the beach visited the turtles, oh and the bird sanctuary walked the beach, etc Great time had by all!

Beautiful Gulf View

Our recent stay at Claudia’s condo in South Padre Island was nothing short of fantastic! The place was as clean as could be, and Claudia was a wonderful host, always easy to communicate with and incredibly helpful. The condo was very well stocked and had just about everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Plus, the location was superb! There’s a full grocery store just about two blocks away, and plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient to grab anything we needed or enjoy a meal out. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation!

Beautiful

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice Claudia’s place was. Everything we needed was there - we were very comfortable. It was clean and had high quality furnishings. The view was stunning! And the grocery, coffee, restaurants and bars were all very close. We are definitely coming back!

Another wonderful Summer!

Once again we have a wonderful time at this condo! This is our 3rd year of staying in this unit And this time we were able to stay for 12 days and everything was perfect. Claudia is a wonderful property owner, and has everything you need for your visit in this condo!

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I booked the condo for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed. The views were amazing and the property is so well kept. Love that we were right on the beach. The location is also perfect for trying the local restaurants. Thank you to Claudia for answering some questions for me so quickly. We had a wonderful time!

Great updated unit in this building!

We stayed in this building with 7 other families, of all the units rented ours one one of the nicest! Updated kitchen and bathrooms, clean and decorated nicely. View is spectacular. Location walkable to almost everything. Kitchen is stocked with very nice dishes and cookware but note no dishwasher.

Beautiful condo

Great location and views of the sunrise AND sunset right from the condo! We will definitely return to this unit. Everything we needed was within about three blocks. Great food, music, shops, groceries, and we were right on the beautiful beach. The condo lacked lamps for reading at night, (none in the living room) and the second bedroom and bath could use hooks or shelves for personal items/towels. An armoire or closet in that bedroom would be great. Claudia was very attentive to any questions/concerns.

Beach vacation

Overall the condo was good. The hot water issue was not a good situation. Each sink had a different configuration. The lint trap on the dryer is broken causing pieces to attach themselves and wind up in a big knot. Couple of items were torn. That should be addressed asap.

All great—Except

The cleanliness, security, location, communication with owner, and beach access was first rate! I highly recommend the property. However, we never got to take a hot shower. The owner had the maintenance man come and we had hot water on the second day but never in the showers. I think that instead of having tenants push levers and flip circuit switches, I think this should be checked out prior to tenants arriving. Had their not been a man in our party that could kneel on the floor to push the water level, we would not have had water. I always use VRBO and have never had a problem. Everything else was exceptional.
