Morning sunrise over the beach and evening sunset over the bay!! These two views are yours to enjoy while being our guest at our beach front home located in sunny South Padre Island. Our condo is located on the 10th floor of the pristine ocean front tower named Ocean Vista Tower. Let the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico greet you as you open the door to our condo. Relax and admire the wall to wall ocean views from the open concept living room or from the king size bed in the master bedroom. Enjoy the ocean breeze and the soothing sounds of ocean waves from the private ocean front 12 foot balcony. Relax in our newly remodeled condo featuring a modern beach chic style. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed and a flat screen television. Enjoy an attached private master bathroom suite featuring double door entry, double sink vanity with quartz counter, spacious closet and edge-less glass shower doors. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, a flat screen television and plantation wood window shutters to provide privacy or to open up and enjoy views of the Laguna Madre Bay. The second bedroom has private access to the guest bathroom. Our condo features a spacious and fully supplied kitchen with stainless steal appliances, quartz counter tops, farmhouse sink, and pantry. We also have a full-size washer and dryer and flat screen television in the living room. Numerous in room amenities are included such as free wireless internet and cable tv with HBO. Included property amenities include a hot tub, 2 pools, boardwalk to the beach, exercise room, palapa area, children's playscape, tennis court, basketball ring and gated private parking have been provided for your enjoyment.

Beautiful Gulf View

Our recent stay at Claudia’s condo in South Padre Island was nothing short of fantastic! The place was as clean as could be, and Claudia was a wonderful host, always easy to communicate with and incredibly helpful. The condo was very well stocked and had just about everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Plus, the location was superb! There’s a full grocery store just about two blocks away, and plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient to grab anything we needed or enjoy a meal out. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation!

Anniversary vacation

The property was as described, and the location was fantastic. The beach was very easily accessed. Within walking distance were: a grocery store; several good restaurants; and many bars with good live music.

First Trip to South Pasrr

Our stay overall was great. Host kept in touch and was very nice and easy to work with. Being picky like I am, I will say there are a few things that could be addressed. It would be nice to have toilet paper holders so you don’t have to sit the roll on the sink. There is a lock box to get the key out of but there is no lighting by the door so you need to use your phone light while trying to hold onto your things. Nothing would stop me from staying here again…they’re just little things to make it better.

Perfect location

Great Stay

Amazing property with a balcony that’s much bigger than I originally thought. Building elevators are very fast, pool was clean, and beach access was unbeatable. Would love to come back.

Great place

The condo was as pictured. Location was great as we walked to all of our meals…nice balcony to relax on and read. Communication with Claudia was quick. Instructions were detailed. Very nice stay.

Beautiful condo

Great location and views of the sunrise AND sunset right from the condo! We will definitely return to this unit. Everything we needed was within about three blocks. Great food, music, shops, groceries, and we were right on the beautiful beach. The condo lacked lamps for reading at night, (none in the living room) and the second bedroom and bath could use hooks or shelves for personal items/towels. An armoire or closet in that bedroom would be great. Claudia was very attentive to any questions/concerns.

Enjoyed our week

It was a great experience. Helpful tip: If you plan to spend your days on the beach and want lounge chairs, you can rent them from cocoa beach rentals next door (south) of the complex. Response from owner was always timely and helpful. Hope to come back again.

Location!

The view was gorgeous! The sounds of the ocean right outside. Walking distance to all the shopping and hot spots for entertainment! We loved it!

Condo Complex was amazing!

The complex was such a nice facility. It was easy to deal with the front gate, elevator was fast and available, and perfect location on the beach and in town. Complex and all public areas of the complex were immaculately clean and frequently sanitized. Communication with the owner could have been better. I had to ask for arrival information and documents. The other thing that was very unsettling was that there is black mold in the vent in the primary bath ceiling. That should be checked out immediately.

Great place for family vacay!

The location of this property is fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Loved that it's right on the beach and walkable to many places! I didn't get check-in instructions until the day of, but once I finally had them, it was a breeze after that. It was so great to have laundry on site as well as the two bedrooms and bathrooms so that we could have space from each other :) Her place was well equipped with beach gear, towels, blankets, kitchen utensils, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Location for family of 4 adults & 1 toddler!

GREAT location! We could walk to many restaurants, the entertainment district and lots of shopping. IGA grocery store was just a couple of blocks away & had everything we needed! The beach was very nice, the building and grounds were well kept. There was an issue with the kiddie pool heater not working the entire time we were there, which was disappointing. The condo owner was VERY helpful in trying to resolve this issue but unfortunately it was not usable until the day we left. It was great to have a washer/dryer in the condo. The views of the gulf were amazing! The pictures of the condo are true with the following exceptions. The kitchen is not as beautiful and clean as shown. The cookware is in need of replacement as it's very warped and had stains/grease baked on. The cabinets are dirty, they look beat up and distressed. The dishes/silverware/utensils/pans are a collection of mismatched pieces. Not enough kitchen towels are provided. Not enough lamps for reading (living room & master). Too many fake plants in the living room (took up space). The master bed had a piece of foam under it which was old looking & falling apart. That is what you see every time you walk in that room, not appealing to the eye. The other bedroom had squeaky beds and torn sheets. Dresser drawers & wall decor were broken & we could not get the ceiling light to work in the 2nd bedroom. Overall, the condo needs just a bit of TLC and it would be PERFECT!

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I booked the condo for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed. The views were amazing and the property is so well kept. Love that we were right on the beach. The location is also perfect for trying the local restaurants. Thank you to Claudia for answering some questions for me so quickly. We had a wonderful time!
