The condo was clean, well furnished and offered great views. It was a quiet complex even though it’s large. Great location if you’re wanting to travel to all different parts of the island.

Great Stay

Condo had all needed amenities. Clean, comfortable (and comfortable bed!), great lanai, and wonderful oceanfront location. We’ll definitely look to rent this unit again on our next trip.

Awesome location for exploring Maui

Dated property but well maintained. Unit was very well stocked and equipped. Awesome view and location. Centrally located which made exploring Maui easier.

Outstanding views on Sugar Beach

My sister and I absolutely loved this condo on Sugar Beach. The views from the lanai were so beautiful. Location in Kihei was perfect, and parking in the resort was great. The condo was very clean and had beach towels, chairs and an ice chest for when we wanted to venture out. Would stay here again next time we come to Maui!

Beautiful View

This condo has everything you need. The bed is comfortable. The view was magnificent. Nice pool. Close to grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful balcony.

We enjoyed our 7 night stay at Sugar Beach. The condo was as advertised, very clean. The furniture was comfortable and in excellent condition. The balcony looks out onto the ocean and provided beautiful view. We would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Maui location!

Perfect location from which to explore Maui! The beach, view, furnishings, decor, and amenities of Sugar Beach made our 10 days glorious! Management was quick to address a couple of minor issues. Absolutely a trip of a lifetime!

So close to the water!

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in paradise. The condo was perfect for the two of us. The view from the lanai was incredible - you are so close to the water and the sunset views are amazing. The beach was private and there were always lounge chairs available to sunbathe. We will definitely be back again!

Sweet suite at Sugar Beach

Spent a peaceful week in this small (but adequate for 2) condo unit. As advertised in all regards with a well-equipped kitchen. The view from the balcony (best restaurant seating on the island) and the beach itself were outstanding. Nearby Sugar Beach Bakery and Farmer's market (10 minute walk south) are strongly recommended.

Lovin’ Maui!

We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Beach! Everything you could ask for in a property - amazing views, beachfront, excellent pool and hot tub. The unit even had beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. The beach was never crowded and the water was wonderful. Clean unit, fully equipped kitchen-couldn’t ask for more. We would absolutely return here!

Nice, hassle-free stay, great location

This unit was easy to access, in a great location, with a beautiful view of the beach and a nice pool & hot tub area. Boogie boards & towels provided! No issues at all. Non-property comment: beach was clean and beautiful but water was a bit rocky after about 15 feet with a slight dropoff... bring water shoes if you plan to go out into the water.

Perfect !

The location and views were amazing . The unit was remodeled and just lovely . Had everything we needed and more . Communication was easy and check in a breeze . I cannot say enough good things . We will definitely be back ! The hide a bed was comfy for our 13 year old and the King size bed was also comfortable for us .

Exactly as pictured

Beautiful condo with amazing location. Only bad part was the pool seemed more so for older people. Not the best pool for kids. Other than that the condo was immaculate.
