Narragansett Summer

Summer living at its Best! This narragansett vacation home has a spacious kitchen and living room. It has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, with AC in the bedrooms. This home is across the street from bonnet shores Community and has public access point to Narrow River a short walk down the street . A large walkout deck to a big backyard with a fire pit. Has a gas grill for dinners. Short drive to Newport, and Historic Wickford Village. No smoking, pets, parties or Fireworks of any kind. No parking in the lawn. A great family vacation. Outdoor security cameras on front door overlooking driveway and side entrance. Your license will be required after the accepted booking. If police are called during the visit for loud noise or party your reservation will be canceled. We have a zero tolerance for breaking the house rules.

Great rental. Clean and host was very responsive to any questions. I would stay there again and recommend it to others. Perfect location to explore a variety of areas too!!!

Lovely property with large multipurpose area that was well appointed and very comfortable for 6. Great A/C and Quiet ceiling fans in all bedrooms Downstairs separate bedroom and living area was nice for added privacy and definetly a plus. Give this one a lot of consideration if you are staying in the Narragansett / Newport area

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stayi in this space. The backyard was beautiful and the kitchen well-equipped. A great open area for the family to commune but also privacy when needed to settle in for the evening. It was easy to explore nearby beaches. We will definitely return for another beach vacation!

Great area - close to beaches and restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle. The house was comfortable with a great backyard. AC units in each of the bedrooms for extra comfort. Easy communication. Great stay and would come again!

Loved this property

Loved staying at this property. Nice large kitchen, beautiful backyard with fire pit which we enjoyed the first night - all bedrooms were air conditioned. Lovely neighborhood.Lauren was very helpful Hope to be back again

Great Beach getaway

This lovely home was spacious ,clean and very welcoming. The backyard was amazing. Host was very responsive. Great location so close to beaches and quaint town. We had a great time and would definitely return. Note air conditioning in bedrooms only, so the house can get warm, fans supplied by owner definitely helped.

Just what we needed

We were very happy with our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. The backyard was awesome and provided space for our children to run around. The location and neighborhood was perfect for us and was more affordable than being right next to the beach.

long weekend mid summer getaway

check in was easy. kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies including two coffee makers and large frig. beds were comfortable. Great back yard to relax in after days on the beach. Easy drive to Newport. Host communication was excellent, including tip on Friday night music at Naragansett beach. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here with a group of four women in our 30’s. The house was gorgeous and clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the location is perfect to get to Narragansett beaches or a quick trip to Newport. I reccomend hitting up the Jamestown ferry to go in to Newport and avoid the tourist parking. Coffee and bagel connection for iced coffee and bagels is also a great option and around the corner. We finished our trip with a breakfast at Linda’s diner, also around the corner. We had a wonderful weekend and would absolutely stay here again. I would absolutely reccomend staying here.
