Riverfront home on 2 acres across from bird sanctuary. Newly renovated 3 bdrm, 2 full-bath mobile home w/AC, 2 tvs, cable, wi-fi, washer/dryer, & lots of room to explore outside. Enjoy 2 seating areas, gazebo, gas grill & fire pit. Bring your fishing poles, kayaks/tubes & life vests. 5th bed is roll-out w/memory foam. Fully equipped with dinnerware, silverware, cookware, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker. Self check in. 9 miles from Cooperstown All Star Village, SUNY Oneonta & Hartwick College; 28 miles from Cooperstown Dreams Park. NOTE: Home is not child proof. No smoking; no pets. Check in: 4pm; Ck out: 10am

Almost on a honeymoon.

Comfortable

In the area to connect with family, perfect location near Oneonta. Clean and well appointed - had everything we needed for our stay. Central air was a great perk as the weather was a bit warm. There were extra items like bottled water, coffe supplies and lots of TV viewing choices. Would love to stay again, terrific hosts!

Cooperstown All Star Village

Easy 10 minute drive to All Star Village. Home was clean and comfortable. Nice to be away from the rest of the team parents and have a washer/dryer during our long visit. Rose was very communicative. Highly recommend.

Excellent property

This was a busy working visit to Oneonta. The family had to clean up the family home and do an estate sale. We arrived the same night a freak snow storm hit with high winds knocking down trees on the property and knocking out power to over 3900 people. After contacting our hosts we decided to tough it out even though they offered to help pay for a motel. We figured out how to stay warm and got through it. Our hosts offered extra blankets etc and being from Idaho we survived just fine. 40 hours later the power was on and all was fine. Rose and Nick brought us dinner one night and were there very quickly to clean up trees. Wonderful people. I have used ABB and was always disappointed. This was the best experience ever. The property was everything it said it was and more. We ever need to cone back we will rent from Rose and Nick. Fabulous experience.

Once again great stay

This was the second time we have stayed at this home in New York. My husband and son and 3-4 others stay while hunting on a lease close by. Rosemarie and Nick have always been very agreeable, accommodating and available The house itself is warm, clean and comfortable. We highly recommend not only the house and location but also the owners.

Peaceful gem

The home is very comfortable and well maintained. The backyard is huge with a peaceful setting, lazy river and a stocked fire pit. I would most certainly stay again when in the area.

Lovely retreat from the city

My family had a wonderful holiday at this property. Lots to do for the kids on this private property. The kids played on the rope swing jumping into the river (getting all sorts of muddy) and the new tire swing was a regular hit. Plenty of space to play a little ball. We roasted marshmallows on the fire pit and had beautiful view of the stars. The home itself is spacious and clean... easy to live in. Definitely recommend!

Excellent Host

The grounds and house were well groom, very clean and well stock. The host was extremely accommodating allowing us to check in early and out later. I would definitely rent property again.

Perfect

My husband, son and 3 friends booked this home last minute for a hunting trip. Rosemarie and Nick were immediately responsive and communicated consistently assuring we had access to their home, all listed amenities were functioning and present. Unlike previous experiences in the area, their internet and wifi were excellent! The group found the home to be everything in the listing! Warm, inviting, and very clean! Beds were comfortable. Linens provided were very nice. Check-in and out processes were simple. We would highly recommend not only this home and location but also Rosemarie and Nick as hosts. You cannot go wrong. We would definitely return again. We are considering a trip to Cooperstown with our grandchildren and this home would be perfect.

The home was very clean. You provided all the amenities that I would have needed to make my stay very comfortable. Location is very quiet. 10 minutes to Oneonta!!
