Lake Wylie Lakefront Home with Beautiful Views Sleeps 10 - 14 Boat Dock

This home sleeps 10 adults comfortably. We can accomodate up to 4 additional small children for a total of 14 people staying in the home.

This wonderful Lake Wylie waterfront home is perfect for the family vacation or quick weekend get away! Enjoy main channel lake views with 150' of sandy beach, private pier with dock or enjoy sunsets while sipping your favorite beverage while relaxing in the swing in the gazebo suspended over the water, or roast marshmellows on the beach at night in our beach fire pit.

This gorgeous home is very spacious with almost 5000 square feet of living space. Every room overlooks the glistening waters of Lake Wylie. Master bedroom and dressing room on main level adorn french doors which open to a private balcony and water views. Lovely spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, birch cabnets, raised eat-in bar, open to 2-story great room. Upper level of the home provide 2 spacious guest rooms with king sized beds. Lake level has a media room, entertainment bar, games, exercise space, large bedroom with 2 queen sized beds, and full bath. Step outside and relax in a comfortable screened in porch with comfortable seating and ceiling fans.

There is so much to do...or not do at this lovely home you may never want to leave!

This home comes complete with everything you could need....linens, towels, utensils, pots and pans, cable, and wireless internet.....simply show up, unpack and sit back and enjoy!

Need a boat? We can help you with that too or bring your own!

We do not allow events at this home. Even though this beautiful home would make a wonderful setting for a wedding we do not have the space needed for parking to accomodate events. No guest are permitted at the home other what was approved prior to renting. No more than 6-7 vehicles max. NO parking is allowed on the street or lawn. This is a residential area and the road leading to these lake homes is small. Any parking on the street would be in the way of the neighbors and your vehicle could be towed.

Dream house on the Lake

This lakehouse is absolutely gorgeous! It is beautifully decorated and architecturally perfect for hosting a family Thanksgiving so that we we could all have space. We enjoyed everything from the stunning lake views and extended patio/porch to the entertainment on the lower level. It is equipped with everything that you will need for a perfect vacation get-away. Ms. Tazz was phenomenal in responding to my inquiries and was such a joy to speak with prior to our arrival. This place deserves 10 stars!

Getaway with wife, sons, and their pals

Spent 4 days there with my wife, my 22yo, my 19yo, and 7 of my 19yo's pals. The house was perfect. The basement was a perfect getaway for the boys to keep their distance from the parents. They had a great time playing Spikeball in the lawn, using the rented boat, and taking the short drive into Charlotte for an MLS game. No complaints at all about the house and may very well use it again!

Short Supplies & Nice Views

This is a fantastic property. Need to have 'basic' supplies in stock for large gatherings that stay more than one day. There were several guests that let me know their beds were dirty. Poor property management - great location and home.

Senior women's getaway;)

We sought out comfy beds and got them! No bunkbeds/futons for us...And s'mores were enjoyed at the fire pit with five women who have known each other 50 years. We'd come again!

Weekend Getaway

The property has a lot of amenities and is located on Lake Wylie. There are however a few omissions in the description that may be advisable to note. The house is located remotely and directly across from a power plant. Unfortunately during our stay we had indoor pest control issues, namely ants and spiders. Hopefully with some adjustments this property will be a better getaway in the future.

Not as it seems

On-line pictures do not accurately represent the house. Perhaps it’s much older. We had mold in the shower, fruit flies, spider webs everywhere, outside steps were cracked and worn, landscaping was abysmal, pier was in poor shape. Only 3 of the 6 TVs worked. Had to step very carefully in the water because of trash in the lake.

Really enjoyed the lake

House was lovely and we all had a great time staying there. We particularly enjoyed playing on the beach and in the river. House was the perfect size for all of us, and we were very comfortable.

Good overall

The house is lovely! But there were quite a few cobwebs around the house plus no hot water in the showers. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and loved the location.

Excellent for a Family!

This property has anything and everything you would want for a vacation - and the photos do not do it justice! We had a family of 14 with ages ranging from 9 to 72. Large bedrooms and plenty of common area, including the large basement area and gym. Master has an amazing view of the lake and has a walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. The kitchen has more pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and appliances than anywhere we have ever been. The two beverage refrigerators in the basement helped with such a large group. The beach is phenomenal - sandy unlike so many of those that have muck within 10' of the shoreline. Recommend renting a boat from Lake Wylie Boat Rental and heading to the sand bar. The activity on this lake is very minimal compared to others, especially considering it was a holiday week. We had one plumbing issue, and not only did the property manager answer the call on a holiday, a plumber was at the home the next morning, and this was far from an emergency. Highly recommend this property for small or large groups. Excellent home!

2021 Family Trip

House was beautiful and spacious. Exterior needs some TLC. Ice maker only makes about one glass of ice per day. Gas grill didn’t work. Loved having the family all together. Little beach area made it nice for the little to play.

Family Vacation

Very nice, comfortable house with plenty of space for all of us. Kitchen well equipped. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Very much enjoyed the outdoor space. Main level balcony was a good size with a very nice view. Lake level sandy beach area was great with two young children and with the dock it was a nice place to swim and hang out in floats. The view when you're down at the lake is a bit obstructed since the steam plant is just across the lake. It was quiet though, and we kept our view more to the right.

GREAT Place!

My extended family stayed here for an event in Charlotte and we couldn't have had a better time. The house was luxurious and had plenty of space for our 6 adults and 6 kids. The beach, dock, yard, and grounds were great and the house was very comfortable. Thanks to Tazz for a great stay.

Beautiful setting on the river

Large home with a very scenic setting on the Catawba River. Interior was nice with some recent updates. Access is down a bumpy one lane road that leads to the house.

Dated House

The home needs some work outside and it has an old smell to it as well. It's situated on the end of a long rocky and bumpy road that you need a SUV / Truck to drive. The inside of the home is clean and as pictured. And the check in was simple. The neighboring properties are run-down houses and trailers and across the river from the house is a gigantic, on-all-night, Duke Energy plant. The boat dock and outdoor seating areas could use a good power-washing - the part of the dock that has a swing was too infested with spiders, bugs, and webs to enter. If you don't have any other options this house will do (it was clean inside), but I wouldn't come back. Happy hunting!

Great getaway close to home

Just what we needed to feel like we were getting away, but only a 30-minute drove from home. We had a great stay. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Linens were soft and everyone slept comfortably. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable home with beautiful view.

The home was very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was especially well equipped. The second living space made a great play area for the kids. We did have a bit of an ant and rodent problem in the kitchen, but it was not severe. And the heat and humidity, with attendant increase of spiders on the dock meant we got less use of the outside facilities the week we stayed.

Amazing Rental

This was a gorgeous and beautiful lakefront property. Definitely would stay here again. The home was very clean Inside and the views are incredible. If you're looking for a nice home with water views near Charlotte NC please book this ASAP!
