Super clean and a great neighborhood

It is a great house inside and out. Cute fire pit area with pretty trees in the back yard. The house was like new and had plenty of room for everyone.

Awesome House

We stayed at this house for three nights. This house is well stocked and in great condition. Carolyn has thought of all the little things you might possibly need. Everything we used was in good working condition. There was plenty of comfortable beds for our group of four. Carolyn was easy to work with and responds very quickly to communication. We love Flagstaff and would look forward to staying here again.

Great Location and comfortable house!

We have stayed at numerous VRBO/air bnb homes on our family getaways. This house was well equipped with all the essentials anyone world need. Nice open floor house. The rooms were spread nicely throughout the home. Beds were comfortable and more than enough pillows. It was nice to see there were extra blankets if needed in each of the closets. Host went above and beyond with making sure instructions/directions were clear and understandable. Even had local attractions and nearby land marks in a binder for things to do. We would love to stay at this home again in the future.

Well Equipped, Comfortable Home for a Ski Trip

Very comfortable furniture in living room, comfortable beds, bunk room was perfect for our teens. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice yard with fire table and BBQ. Nice to have the garage for loading/unloading snow gear. Owner was very responsive to questions we had about a few things. Easy check-in and owner let us know we could arrive one hour early. Great TVs in Living Room, Master, and kid's bunk room for evening movies or games. No TVs in 2 other bedrooms, which we did not care about, but someone might. Good location for getting anywhere in Flagstaff.

Great home with 4 nice bedrooms and large kitchen

It was nice to have the two car garage deep enough for a jeep gladiator. Perfect location for us while taking grandkids to the Flagstaff North Pole Experience the first evening and then over to Canyon Coasters and tubing in Williams the next day.

Super clean, great location, full kitchen!!!

We stayed at Carolyn’s place for Thanksgiving. We felt like home. The house was very clean and organized, the kitchen had all tools needed to cook just like home. The location was great for biking and very close to downtown. We will absolutely be back in the future.

We came up with a group of friends and it was a great spot to stay! Close to downtown, clean, spacious for a group our size (we had six people). Would book this place again!

Wonderful in every way

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, well furnished and stocked. We had a wonderful time. We brought our telescope and set it up in the backyard. The sky is so dark and away from the city lights. During the day we found great hiking and at night star gazing. I would definitely come back!

We love to travel and been to many places for pleasure and work, but we still love living in CA cause we have the best weather year round and we can head to the mountains to ski in the morning and hit the beach for a nice sunset on the same day. My kids love the beach and we have two vacation rental in Santa Rosa Beach, FL and one in Oceanside, CA. We also love to hike and ski and have a vacation rental in Flagstaff, AZ. I'm very responsive and prefer text and email.

Be sure to check out downtown with many tasty restaurants, bars, local breweries, and artisan shops. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy hiking and biking trails just steps from the house and easy access to the hundreds of hiking and biking trails of Flagstaff. In the winter, head to Arizona Snowbowl ski resort for some fun in the snow. Sedona is about 30 minutes drive to view the beautiful red canyons. And definitely do a day trip, 1.5 hour drive to South Rim, Grand Canyon where the amazing views will take your breath away.
