House is incredible. Clean and well organized. Traveled with my husband and 3 sons(13, 19and 21). Amazing location- one block from beach. The grounds of the home are so beautiful with lots of little areas for everyone. Pool was great! 5-10 min walk to main part of town- so convenient !Sandra was so sweet and very responsive and accommodating! We hope to return to Montecito and stay at the butterfly house again! Thank you Sandra!

The location of this warm and inviting home could not be better. A short walk from both the beach and Montecito village is hard to beat. The owner was very responsive and welcoming. The home is spacious allowing our family of 6 plenty of comfort and privacy.

This house is magical! We used it as a relaxing weekend with many places to sit and read study (college and grad students with us) or listen to gentle piano music. Beds were very comfortable! Outdoor is just gorgeous and the proximity to beach and downtown Montecito is perfection! I was worried about train noise but it was not an issue at all. Sandra has thought of everything

Great property and location

My family had a wonderful stay at this rental property. The location is A++ and the home was beautiful and comfortable for everyone. Sandra was a pleasure to work with and made the week easy. Definitely would stay again in the future

Another great stay at Butterfly beach House

This was our 2nd stay at the Butterfly Beach House. Like our first stay, the home was perfect for our family. Butterfly Beach House is comfortable and you can't beat the location with easy access to the Butterfly Beach and the shops/restaurants in Montecito.

Beautiful location

The location is perfect! The house is well stocked with anything you may need. It's very welcoming, warm and comfortable. The yard, patio, pool areas are so charming and relaxing. We will look forward to another visit!
